Love that the Four Seasons is a luxury hotel that really caters to you and goes out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. The food is amazing and the staff recognizes you....I still don't know how they remember your name after seeing you once, but they do.

Having stayed at several four seasons around the world - I have come to believe that there is something about FS service that is a tad above 5 star standards. Unfortunately on this stay it was fairly routine. Nothing to complain about but nothing to praise either. The property does have a great location.

Accommodating staff, every single person was friendly and asked if we needed anything. They were excellent. Room was super clean, fluffy beds, spacious! I loved our views, the location of the hotel was perfect. Walked across the street to Boston Garden every morning, beautiful scenery, relaxing and peaceful. Had an amazing time and loved this hotel!

We have stayed at the Four Seasons Boston on numerous occasions prior to an early morning flight from Logan. On each occasion, including this stay, the experience was wonderful. The new app check-in process was an added pleasure! The staff, property and location are all excellent and are a wonderful beginning for our trips away from Boston. The rooms overlooking...

I very much enjoyed the personalised service I received at the Four Seasons; from taking care of my clothes (I have been 3 weeks on the road), offering to drive me to a meeting with the hotel car when no cab was available. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. I also appreciated a silent and appropriate...

I have stayed at Four Seasons properties before, and the experience has always been of quality. But, even by those lofty standards, this property was superlative. It is located across from some of the best parks in the city. There is easy access to running/biking/walking paths contiguous with the river. Plus, some of the most exclusive retail options are a...

Weekend trip for wedding...room block was a hotel near Copley, but we opted to stay here. Great decision. Try to request a room facing the Public Garden. Fabulous central location for touring... Within walking distance of many sites. Rooms only slightly above average, but stupendous Four Seasons brand service and excellent gym/spa facilities.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
