Exceptional Service and accommodations. I was at the hotel for a Business function but I thouroughly enjoyed the luxury of my room. it was extremely comfortable and quiet. The Public Garden across the street was in full spring bloom while I was there in early May, I had a relaxing walk in the park before dinner.

Stayed 4 nights for business. Initially I was disappointed that my 8th floor room had no bath, but then I discovered that the pool and spa were on the same floor with full glass wall overlooking the Boston Common. Overall the hotel was fine, the staff were very good and even offered to move me to a room with a...

The hotel is essentially what you would expect of a Four Seasons Hotel--well trained staff, nice room (great size for one, slightly small for two), very good food. There was an issue with transportation though. I was up for a conference being paid for by another company, and unlike most hotels, they gave me no bill, so I have no...

....which is why I keep coming back. The worst thing I can say about the Four Seasons in Bostin is, for the love of God, please put easy electric access for gadgets by the bed. That's it. My only complaint. Everything else, from the room, to the staff, to the food and the 8th floor pool.....simple and dignified perfection. I...

This is the best hotel in Boston. Not inexpensive, but you get the accommodations, service and amenities that exceed your expectations at this long-time favorite of locals and west coast travelers like myself. There are newer luxury hotels in town, but locals and experienced travelers know that The Four Seasons - Boston is the crown jewel of them all.

The Four Seasons is so comfortable and relaxing. The staff is great and very attentive. The rooms are good size and beds are comfortable. The gym is very well-equipped and has room for workouts and stretching. The bar is great. Often, they have promotions of a free third night when you pay for two.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
