This is probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. Street noise was awful, cold showers the first night, the toilet filled to the rim with water, the bed is tiny and uncomfortable. All of these complaints the manager couldnt care less. Dont stay...More

Our smallest rooms have one twin bed, and are great value in Boston. Those rooms are specifically marketed for one guest only. I was saddened to hear about the responsiveness of our team, and if I was as frustrated as you were, I too would...More
Hotels in Boston are expensive and budget hotels in in or near the downtown area are almost non-existent. Found Hotel is one of the few and for it's price point, it does a good job. The rooms are small and basic but they are very...More

Thanks for your kind words about the cleanliness of our hotel, and Robbie - a "star" on our guest service team who knows Boston so well. We are looking forward to guests enjoying our new rooms in the New Year, although we did not add...More
This hotel when we looked was the best value/location/review we found.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was really good, all the breads, yogurt, spreads, coffees etc you could want, from a Europeans point of view it was a good continental breakfast,...More

Thank you Ray for the kind words about our team, breakfast and location. As you probably saw we have been bust renovating rooms and agree that the existing rooms are tired. We look forward to much improved rating once our new rooms come online.
This hotel used to have good service and friendly staff. Not anymore. Staff are now rude and would argue with you, treating you disrespectfully and not willing to help. Really unpleasant and awful. Just horrible. I rarely experience such a negative treatment from any hotels....More

As reviews on Trip Advisor we are proud of the numerous compliments we receive about our team, hence your comments concern and surprise me. While I am not permitted to list an email address here, I would ask that you kindly reach out to Edward...More
Hotel is meh. Bed size is ridiculous. Tiny double, barely bigger than a single, in a small room for $250!
I know it is central Boston but switch on owners.
Gets a 2 star for the staff, Robbie especially.
The rest of it....meh.More

Thanks for the kind words about Robbie, our AM host, who YES - is amazing! Our bed sizes range from twin to queen as listed online, so there should be no surprises. Unfortunately a historic hotel such as ours does not have rooms large enough...More

The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have
your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
