The hotel staff was friendly, the room small but very clean and comfortable. We stayed for a night with no kids, ate in the hotel restaurant the food was delicious, the Boston creme pie is a must try. Very close to lots of attractions and night life.

Excellent location for walking around downtown and attending a show in the theater district... clean, great staff, all went as expected. Beds are a little soft... at least our queen was. Check in was easy, pleasant and only had problem connecting to hotel free wifi... I was offered help at front desk when I reported that and room phone issue,...

Everything was great from the service to the food to the location. We had dinner and drinks at Parkers which was very good. We walked to the theatre district, North End, and Fanuiel Hall. Our only negative was the mattress could have been better. It was horrible, it just wasn't excellent. This is an annual trip and we will be back...

While we can get a less expensive rate on Expedia we still aim for the OMNI Parker House in Boston. It is clean, convenient and friendly. The parking rate is the highest we have ever experienced in the city but are obligated to pay it.

Many thanks for returning to our hotel and please know that our overnight valet parking rate of $48 is the average for all downtown Boston hotels. As we've mentioned before, parking in the city can seem expensive but we always keep our pricing on par, if not lower, than other hotels in our neighborhood.

The Parker House Hotel is in a prime location. We barely had use for an Uber on our weekend trip! Perfect for walking to the historic part of Boston or even to Back Bay to check out the shopping. The hotel is famous for being the birthplace of the Boston Cream Pie. Not to be missed! Standard rooms are comfortable...

We enjoyed our stay at the Parker House, a Boston institution for many years. It is located in the heart of Boston and very convenient to many of the government buildings and historic sites. The service, price, quality, cleanliness were all outstanding. We highly recommend this fine union hotel.

Huge executive room, 40m2 but the bathroom was so small it couldn't fit 2 petite adults at the same time. The reception lost packages I had delivered to the hotel. Of course that happens but overall the reception staff was rude and unpleasant while dealing with the situation.

This was once obviously a great hotel--today, it falls a little short. Everything feels worn and the rooms are cramped and noisy, with little soundproofing between adjacent rooms or between rooms and hallways. Not a great business hotel.

Awesome experience overall! We planned a family celebration for my father's 80th birthday and needed 7 different rooms for multiple nights. The entire staff was excellent and we had a great time. I would highly recommend this hotel

My friends and I stayed at the Parker House for 2 nights, 3 days and had a great time. The hotel was great, and its history was a plus! We arrived from a red-eye and wasnt expecting to be able to check in at 8am-but we were surprised when they had our room ready! Everything was great--and the Boston Cream...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
