Every time I visit this property the staff is very helpful. Even over the phone...whenever I have issues they are extremely polite and customer-friendly. Will stay here every time I travel to Boston - thank you

The doormen were helpful and friendly. I like the room setup. 2 bottles of water are provided in your room. The bar has a nice atmosphere. Very clean and beds are comfortable. I brought my own pillow as always.More
