We loved our stay in Boston. This hotel had great views. Our room was clean and up to date. The staff was very accommodating. Close to a lot of good restaurants. Easy bus trip from the airport, and it was free. Close to the Children's Museum.

The Seaport is an excellent hotel and always my first choice in Boston. Service is terrific--and gratuity all included. They are doing something right with this model and the terrific people the hire!

Love the Seaport and their concentration on doing anything to make the customers happy. That is how it should be. They go above and beyond and it is so appreciated. On top of it all, they are a service hotel and there is no tipping. That;'s right, I said no tipping, not even to the valets! A wonderful vibe and...

We stayed for a convention which made it really convenient for us but being that we spend more time exploring the city than at the convention it was a little out of the way. Yes uber works great and can get you anywhere in the city in 10-30 min for a decent price but the walk ability from the seaport...

Thank you for your feedback about your stay here at Seaport. We regret that you found the location to not be ideal; we are roughly a ten minute walk into downtown and there is an MBTA (mass transit) stop here on our campus that will take you directly into downtown but perhaps our staff did not suggest that as an...

This was our 3rd time staying here and it feels like home, the staff is so personal they actually remembered us from 8 months ago, the hotels rooms are so comfortable (better nights sleep than my own bed) bathroom elegant. The best part is that everything we needed was there from coffee in the morning to cocktails in the evening...

I cannot stress enough just how wonderful my stay was. From the moment i arrived I felt like I was being treated like royalty. I've stayed at a variety of different hotels and this one leads the bunch. From the staff, to the fresh flowers in the lobby to the beauty of the room I was impressed. The breakfast buffet...

We were looking for a hotel with parking and swimming pool and this fitted the bill. The hotel offers valet parking but the car park is right next door so we self parked easily enough. The hotel does have a nice swimming pool and lovely steam rooms, no sauna though. There is a gym but we didn't use it, so...

Everything was easy, from reservations to checkin to checkout. We ordered room service, ate at the hotel restaurant, attended a business function, stayed an extra night because it was so great. On the day we left we wanted to go to another restaurant and the bell service was wonderful - they put our luggage in the valeted car and all...
