Nice hotel in central Boston with very friendly staff. I stayed at the hotel for one night and everything was nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was spacious. The only (small) inconvenience was the noise from the aircondition.

Great little hotel. Room was good size, comfy bed, decent shower and clean. Easily accessible to shops, bars and buzzing Quincy markets. Julia on reception was brilliant- polite, knowledgable and very helpful with all of our questions. Rooms are a little dark but that is minute in the scheme of things. Would highly recommend.

Good value for a great location. We were pleasantly surprised by this little gem. Room with interview view is of the open column sky light through the middle of the building. The room was small, but comfortable and very clean. Modern decor and remodeled bathrooms. Location is right at the T stop for the Aquarium and easy to get to...

Stayed here last spring; you can't beat the location, there is an MBTA stop right outside the hotel (Aquarium) and you are steps away from the water, the North End, and Faneuil Hall Marketplace. The room was clean and the service was good - but there was a very large mirror at the end of the bed, which was a...

Amazed this place got a TA Cert of Excellence. I found it pretty unimpressive. You can expect some odd features (positive and negative) from boutique hotels, but some things were just bizarre. Good: - Bathroom was fine, walk-in shower instead of typical US tub - Location is very central Bad: - Sheet + blanket is so old fashioned, even Hampton...

My husband and I visited Boston for a long weekend. The location can't be beaten. It is down the street from the Aquarium, across the street from a subway stop, and steps away from Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market. The price is comparable to other mid-range hotels in the city, but we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else because of...

This hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance of TD Garden and Quincy Hall areas. The room was large and nicely decorated. The staff was friendly. The bar was nice. We will stay here again.

Read mixed reviews about this hotel but went ahead with it because it was good value for money. The cabin rooms were the cheapest, located in the basement with no windows. That's where I draw the line. Booked a room just above that grade instead - a room facing the atrium. It was still good value. Got room 201 -...

While the price and the location is good I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There are many other much better options in Boston than this hotel. You get what you pay for and there is a reason why this place is cheaper than most other hotels in the area.

Stayed for two nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. It was also within easy walking distance of all the great attractions.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
