Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.

Love this hotel - great location, nice clean updated rooms and love the modern feel of the hotel - across street from Prudential center. Love there is no fee for pets and they welcome your pets! Wish there was a restaurant which would just add to expereince.

This hotel has had its ups and downs over the last decades. I had thought that my last visit in 2006 would be my last, but a great offer and its location near the Berklee Performance Center convinced me to give it another chance. My husband and I enjoyed our two-night stay

I stayed here for a long weekend with my mother visiting me from the U.K. The room was very well appointed and looked out on to the street, making my mum very happy with her first visit to the states! The hotel was in a fantastic location for sight seeing in Boston!

While the restaurant is convenient, there are plenty of nearby establishments to obtain victuals. The work on the property is not intrusive, however I have no knowledge about the schedule.

Minimum check in age?
I don't think so as there were a number of families at the breakfast that had young children with them. To be completely sure, I would give the hotel a ring as the natives are very friendly!!!
