One reviewer noted that he noticed RV's parked at the Mission Bay Park and wondered if that would be a better option. Let me tell you...the only RV's parked over there are the ones the drug dealers use. For your safety and sanity, stay at MB RV Resort. It's lovely. Don't bother with a bay-side site because you must back...

We were really looking forward to staying here. We have a beautiful Lazy Daze RV in excellent condition and love it. When we arrived here, they require a vehicle registration at check in and will turn you away if your RV is older than 15 years. It is the first question they ask you. They just recently in the new...

I had such high expectations for this rv park since it is located in beautiful southern California but upon arrival was deeply disappointed. The sites are so close together I felt as if we were crammed in like sardines. We had a "preferred site" and it was so tight with vehicles parked in front of the sites my husband was...

On a good sunny day, the water of Mission Bay is Turkish-blue colored. The property is fenced & gated all over and has 24/7 security. There is a 4 miles paved/grassed walk one way along the water looking at palm trees & tropical plants and flowers. The walk in the other direction is much longer and it's through a park...

This was a great fun spot! I was shocked how quiet it was. We were right against the grass by the snack shack and could walk to our beach spot. We brought out paddle boards and the kids had a blast. Showers were great and free! Gorgeous location despite it basically being a parking lot. I would for sure come...

The RV Park is located right on the bay, a quick walk to Mission Bay park and about 3 miles from Belmont Park (Mission Beach). The RV park is basically a giant parking lot, but the site was clean and the staff was friendly. We stayed at the park for 4 nights 5 days and the restrooms were cleaned daily...

I really can't recommend this RV resort to anybody. The restrooms were the worst I have seen on my four weeks of traveling the Westcoast. And this includes primitive campgrounds as well as all the public restrooms in the National Parks and even Venice Beach. Our campsite itself was clean and the staff friendly but not very motivated to give...

I stayed here for a month and loved every day. The sites were large enough for my motorhome and the park was very well kept. The staff was very helpful. Every day I either asked for directions or about happenings in the city and was always met with a smile and given great help and ideas about what to do....

The people at the check-in desk were friendly and knowledgeable and we were very excited to be at Mission Bay. Then we saw our campsite. The campsites are crammed in with your neighbors. On one side there is zero clearance and on the other, the hang-out side we had about 8 feet but your neighbors sewer hose is right there...

We have been here many times in last 20+ years. This is such a family friendly place. We like to come here with the grandchildren. The place is so well run. It is clean and friendly. The caretakers stop to visit, and everything is maintained and neat. We love it. We will keep coming here as long as it stays...
