I booked 4 rooms in this hotel and I am a SPG gold member paying about $4000 for a weekend. I was told that they can have shuttle take us to the airport. When checked out, some of us were kicked off the shuttle so some airline employees can get on it without any re-accomodation on hotel part. There was...

It is unfortunate to read about your experience with our airport shuttle. I am terribly sorry we failed to deliver on this hotel amenity. I have connected with the departments that are involved to determine what the challenge was and address the issue, as this is not the typical experience. I invite you to please give us another chance next...

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family for my son's birthday. San Diego is the city that we call home and I wanted to be in a location that was centrally located. The hotel is modern and clean. Our room had views of the city and of course it had to lovely Westin comfort beds. I...

I was at the Westin for a conference and had a pleasant experience with the atmosphere, conference room amenities, and customer service. I used the valet parking service and the employee Max Merritt, was very accommodating with my situation with parking. He was very friendly and helpful! The conference included a dinner meeting and I was pleasantly surprised with the...

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend before a work conference was to take place. It's nicely located downtown central and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The hotel is a standard Westin with the familiar feel and scent of a Westin - nothing better, nothing worse. It was a good choice for my trip and the rate was...

This is a stunning hotel situated in the heart of San Diego. The bedrooms are a good size, clean & bright. The Westin staff - the Luggage guys, the Concierge, the Barman and the Reception people were all very helpful and happy to help. We would happy to return to the Westin San Diego.

Our room was half way up and in an interestingly shaped corner section, which I liked. The bed was amazingly comfortable. No views to speak of, though, from the way we were facing. Everything in the lobby is also interestingly shaped. Attentive staff. The breakfast was nice (if a little pricey). It's a little bit of a walk from the...

alia_kel_aderon - Our signature Westin Heavenly Beds are amazing to land on after a day out in the city; they are like landing on cloud. Our iconic building has no right corners so everything from our lobby to guest rooms are shaped differently. Thank you for sharing and I hope we will see you again. - Be well, Alyssa Turowski,...

It is in a great locations. Within walking distance on many areas of downtown and the waterfront. It is a busy hotel. I recently stayed over 50 nights at this hotel. My work hours were 0400 - 1200. The restaurant was very accommodating since I was never there for breakfast. I could have a cold breakfast set aside or choose...

We stayed here for one night prior to a cruise. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The teas and coffee supplies were a little skimpy. 1 cup of coffee and 1 cup of tea. Could provide more. Overall a good experience and the offer of using the hotels shuttle to the cruise terminal...

I would have given this hotel a 5 except the concierge told us we couldn't walk to Seaport Village but the next morning when we went for a walk found out on our own how close we were! Big bonus for us was the shuttle from the airport and then next afternoon, a free shuttle to the cruise ship.

Travcan- Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with Trip Advisor. I am disappointed to hear we said Sea port village was not walking distance. I've stayed at a lot of Westins and this one was not one of the better ones. My room was kind of dirty (with a couple of leftover towels forgotten behind the door). The dining options at 7pm were pretty meager - even though our waiter special ordered a fruit salad for us, it tasted like onions. When we went...
