I consider it hidden paradise gem. The service and the quality of the resort over exceeded my expectations. I booked online, as the days got closer I called and was assisted by JODI who was superb with the friendly and helpful service. I feel like sending her a bottle of choice, if allowed. Thank you again Jodi.

Even though I caught a storm, this location was perfect, the pool was lovely, very spacious room, immediate access to the bay and great facilities. Wonderful service and fabulous food and easy access to surrounding activities and airport

Paradise point was just that! Paradise!! Our room was right on the beach in beautiful mission bay, and the view looked right out to palm trees and water, and at the end of the day an amazing sunset! The staff was very friendly and the place was clean and very well landscaped!

Price point for the location was very good, even after the outrageous parking fee was added in. No other resort in San Diego has this large of property, so well located on the water, to work with, and the low density garden/ water lifestyle is delicious. I agree with other reviewers that the rooms need a refresh in that the...

My room was not ready at 4:00. The gentleman at the front desk said he would call me when it was ready, I never received a phone call. We left the property for dinner & I had to call the hotel to see if my room was ready at 6. When I called, I told the lady whom answered that...

What we paid was bay view room, yet we got partial view room, with basically no way to enjoy the view while in the room. Sitting area also we expected to be larger. Compared to what was advertised in the internet we didn't get what we expected to have from the room.

I wish we could have stayed one more night! Our accommodations were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Hopefully it won't be raining next time, and we can rent some bikes or go out on the water and have some fun. We are looking forward to bringing our daughters on our next trip and make it a family vacation!

Ther resort is an excellent facility for conferences as well as families, with rooms where you can walk out onto the beach. Centrally located, but with sufficient acreage to help traffic melt into the background. Food is excellent - especially at the Barefoot grill. If you have a conference here bring your significant others - they will enjoy their stay!

This is a beautiful property with unobtrusive single story buildings laid out among lush gardens, ponds and footpaths, three pools, a spa, and beaches on the bay. There are fish ponds, ducks, and birds of paradise. My group is staying here now with 3 rooms for 3 nights for a reasonable price and we love it despite the weather being...

Upon my first arrival; I thought the resort looked beautiful and it certainly is beautiful, however when I go on vacation I don't want to have to deal with problems and we had a major leak in our room, with no solution provided except towels.
