Family vacation. We went here for a family vacation. Property is great. Beach and pools and restaurants are great. Walls are a little thin. Not a sleeping in kind of place as people get up to enjoy their vacays.Loved the fire pits with the smores fixings. Great spot for families. Hope to return.

We are from Minnesota, so were looking for a location that we could just enjoy the area and weather. Close to beaches, the zoo, and had plenty to do and eat onsite as well. The staff are great and all very helpful. Go enjoy a cup of coffee from Marcel (?) at the coffee bar!

Paradise Resort was not paradise at all... I booked my room 2 weeks in advance and requested a crib for my 6 month old and a pack n play for my 2 year old but did not recieve either because they were "sold out". Then I requested extra pillows to try to make up a comfortable place to sleep but...

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent stay. We are disappointed to hear that your time in Paradise was less than satisfactory and would like to offer our sincere apologies. While we unfortunately cannot guarantee cribs and pack 'n' plays (pack 'n' plays are available at a first come, first serve basis), we do want...

My room was suppose to be a Garden Lanai, but open on to a garden like the one we had previously had, or like the one next door.Instead, it had two chairs in the front facing the road. Also, the service at the Barefoot Bar & Grill was very slow.

This is a perfect location for families visiting San Diego. Wonderful to have the beach right out your back door and the pools were nice. The food options were good for kids also. It is also a nice venue for a wedding.

It's not quiet, the room wasn't clean and the staff really wanted to be somewhere else. Well so did we! It's really over priced and not a place for a couples get away. We ordered pizza from their restaurant and it arrived with the order incomplete and the pizza uncut. How do you eat an uncut pizza in a hotel...

Poor cleaning and noise from pool area and AC during night. Nice surroundings but a little bit unnatural touch and feel to the whole resort. Parking lot was taken by others 3 times during stay, which caused complications. Good pool area and fitness center

It started at ck in. 1 hr.late getting room due to putting up "new curtains" but there were no new curtains in rm. As a matter of fact the new (OLD) curtains were torn and shabby (I took pictures to show the management) they were also a danger because the rod fell out when I closed them and I was...

our room wasn't ready when we got there and they didn't text us like they said they would when it was ready, there were bugs on the curtains, the bed was SO uncomfortable , and our breakfast was cold when it arrived to our room. 100% not worth the money.
