I stayed at Paradise Point for 4 nights for a business conference. Pros: The location is beautiful. (Nice break from the east coast winter!) The conference facilities are very nice. The food and service at Tidal Restaurant is phenomenal (but expensive). The front desk staff were attentive and accommodating. Cons: The rooms are "bungalows"with a fresh coat of paint but...

Everything was great! Easy, quick check-in, beautiful rooms, relaxing environment...really loved the fact that we had our own private patio are. We were able to BBQ and relax while enjoying the beautiful garden view. Beautiful resort! Will definitely be back!

The resort itself is lovely with good facilities and services. The food is good. We enjoyed our stay but for a fault it seems apparent in most rooms according to reception desk. We stayed in room 246, checked out on St Patrick's day. The floors were recently sealed and you cannot walk in your rooms barefoot (coming out of the...

Its a great resort and we enjoyed every bit of it. The pools were clean, spas were awesome. The in service things may be costly but they are all worth it. The people were very warm. There are lots of places to take good pictures. We will go there again.

As a local San Diego resident, we have come to Paradise Point over the years for Spa appointments or a Day Pass to use the pool and facilities. It was always a pleasant experience. So, I decided to book a last minute "stay-catation" for my family (husband and 2 kids) for the weekend. Was really looking forward to a great...

Stephanie, we appreciate the review with thorough details on your stay. We understand that Andrew Cooper, our Director of Rooms, has contacted you, but we wanted to reiterate our sincerest apologies for your experience at our resort. With specific regards to the spill at the pool, we too are disappointed in the response (or lack thereof) by our employees. It...

The beautifully maintained grounds, the attentive staff, the timeless decor of the rooms, the cleanliness of the beaches....you cannot ask for anything more when it comes to Paradise Point. It truly lives up to its name. We booked a room to spend an afternoon with a few friends for our 20th wedding anniversary and had the loveliest of times. "Its...

For the price point of this hotel expected the property to be in top notch condition. There were obvious areas that needed repair and updating. The staff was excellent and the service top notch. We enjoyed the pools and the areas to walk . My father is handicapped and the handicapped room did not meet his needs. The manager Juan...

Diane, we appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your recent stay. We are glad to hear that interacting with our friendly staff, visiting our five pools, and walking through our tropical grounds were positive factors of your visit. The setting of Paradise Point is beautiful and the bungalow style buildings sets it apart from the high-rise resorts in the area. We experienced great customer during our stay. We took advantage of the golf cart shuttle service and they always picked us up promptly and the drivers were very polite and friendly. The front desk staff was also very...

My points comes from wonderful resort and hospitable customer service. Great place to have holiday but also conferences. Especially, if you love sea and beaches, this could be your place. This could be real paradise, but number of cars is little bit high (as it in USA at all).
