I'm originally from San Diego and took my family back for a beach vacation. Paradise Point is centrally located between beach communities and on beautiful Mission Bay, so I thought it was the perfect place to take my young adult children. Paradise Point needs renovation - our bungalow style room had new tile on the floor but peeling caulk and...

Property is nice, services are ok. Food was good but very expensive. Rooms old. Resort charges were high for most activities. Rooms not cleaned daily . Calling for assistance on the house phone got you just lip service for most issues

Outdated, nonfunctional rooms. Beautiful property with pools and all around the property beach, but not not worth the price, especially when you need to add resort and parking fees. Everything in the property is overpriced and if I can give one tip, skip the mini-golf.

This is our second stay at Paradise Point. We stayed there two years ago when visiting San Diego for a wedding and enjoyed the resort so much, we decided to return and stay for our babymoon. We love the property and the staff are great. The hotel is walking distance to Sea World and a short cab ride away to...

The room was very run down. Bathroom tub/tile had cracks and mold. Spiders in room. Bed uncomfortable. Kids were using the adult only pool area. Food, service, and staff were very good however! Grounds were beautiful.

Overall this resort was nice, but slightly overrated and definitely needed improvements in the rooms, which it appears they are updating. The pools, beach, fire pits, and recreational facilities were all great and very family friendly. Unfortunately there were some negatives aside from the room quality. The housekeeping service was poor, probably the worst I've experienced. The prices for anything...

Rooms for bayside lanai on water were in great location with nice view. Bonfire pits and pools were great throughout property. Was less impressed with cleanliness and room furnishings in our room. It was our anniversary combined with family spring break trip. Unfortunately the multiple calls before check in didn't ensure that we were placed in the room with a speedster sleeping area from the pull out sofa for kiddos! Unfortunately no rooms were available until the next day but we were offered a move for an upgrade fee. We discussed and...

This is our third time staying here. I have read many of the poor reviews and I have experienced some of the negative things that they have experienced: it is a large time difference between check out and check in, they do nickel and dime you on every little thing, the wifi is spotty and inconsistent. However I stayed in...

The property is large and has access to some fun activities but the rooms need to be renovated. They feel old and have a smell of mold. The mattresses are lumpy and need to be updated. Not the best food options on site and over priced as expected on a resort. I did love that the property was dog friendly.
