Noise level in Garden building was awful. Room had been left unlocked by staff and my suitcase moved. Reported. Staff was dismissive. Had been checked out of the room early in error so my room was never cleaned. Nobody around at checkout. Beautiful at the surface but not worth the money.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and were blown away by the amazing service! The bell staff, front desk, waiters, bartenders, coffee shop, and house-keeping were all great. Above all, the security department was life saving. My husband and I left a few items behind and they graciously held on to them for us and shipped them...

This hotel seems to be more set up for golfers (the course is beautiful). The public spaces and the outdoor grounds (gardens, fountains etc) are very nice. Lots of indoor and outdoor fire places and pits. But that was the high point of my visit. The complex is comprised of multiple buildings for the rooms. Ask for a building next...

Everyone at the resort was friendly, from the front desk, the operators, restaurant staff, and concierge! I also love that the resort is pet friendly; they were so welcoming to my puppy and I! The restaurants, bar, cafe are all great places to grab a bite or drink. The only regret I have was not ordering in-room dining.

I attended a conference here for a small group of 30 people plus spouses etc. The room was clean and well appointed. The food provided for our group dinner and reception was outstanding, much better than many places I've been. While this is an older property, it is well maintained and that is what makes it so charming. I asked...

Booked flight and hotel last minute on Priceline for our 24th wedding anniversary. We arrived about 7pm. Front desk attendant was polite, and we'll trained. So we'll trained her speech and responses were by the book. She didn't really engage us. Even when we said it was our first time visiting she just said "welcome" and placed a paper on...

I had a fantastic massage at the spa today. Vaia was amazing, I highly recommend her if you like super deep tissue massage. The spa itself has beautiful amenities and it is a very relaxing environment to enjoy the day!

I spent four nights here in February attending a conference at the hotel . I called ahead and requested a handicap room since I had recently broke my leg and am still using crutches and having limited mobility . The staff was wonderful and tried their best to help me. The biggest issue was the property itself. It is quite...

Even though i was attending a conference, I was still able to enjoy the property and hotel. The staff was exceptional, from the time i checked in until i left. The housekeeping staff went out of their way to thank me for staying and I would recommend our conference travel group to book us here again in the future.

During a recent trip to San Diego to do some coverage, we had a chance to stay at the beautiful Rancho Bernardo Inn. Our drive over had been longer than usual due to some construction but upon seeing the beautiful facility for the first time, we were very impressed. The resort is located within a community and after passing by...
