Great place to stay when visiting San Diego! What a convenient location! It is within walking distance of the Harbor, Downtown, Gaslamp District, Seaport Village, etc. When we checked in Denise went out of her way to make us feel at home, even spent the time to explain how to use the Keurig machine to me, plus she is a...

Pro: I really liked the vibe this place has. Casual and relaxed and very welcoming. The location was great and very accessible to Little Italy and the waterfront. The room was spacious and it even had a little kitchenette area. And cute little breakfast served in the morning. I seriously want to rent a room here. Cons: spacious room due...

Mikey - Thanks for your constructive feedback. I will ask Denise to check the refrigerator and Keurig machine. We've never experience either issue before and will resolve ASAP so other guests are not inconvenienced. Glad you appreciated the room size, breakfast and location. Thank you for staying with us. David.

Great location. Everything is walking distance for nice restaurants in the heart of little Italy. Smaller room but clean and has a kitchenette to make up for it. No cooking stove though. Denise made us feel at home and she deserves a raise! great hotel if you dont want to spend ALOT of cash for a hotel stay. My only...

My wife and I spent 3 nights here, and it was great. The rooms are adequate, bed was top notch! Sharing a bathroom was a concern, but was not an issue. Only suggestion would be a mirror in the room, for make up or one last check before heading out. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Thanks for the review. As you mentioned, our economy rooms do share a bathroom - just like a small European B&B, but it's rarely an issue since the standard configuration is only two rooms sharing one bathroom. We will follow up on your suggestion for a mirror - I agree all rooms should have a full length mirror in the...

Came across this amazing little place by chance and the unique charm has such a homey feel. I absolutely love it. The rooms are nicely put together with a smoothing color palette and our room (room R) has an extremely comfortable bed. Has a little bit of a B&B feel. Very close to public transportation. Hope you enjoy your stay...

My family of 5 ( husband, 2 teens, and toddler) stayed the night here after a day of Seaworld. When we left Seaworld to head to the hotel, it came up really quick on the corner! The hotel doesn't have its own parking, we had to find parking on the street which was a little difficult with the busy intersection...

Rachel, thank you for your comments about our great location, the décor and friendliness of our team. I am not sure why the Air Conditioning didn't cool as well as normal - I will have our team check that and the slow drain. I can certainly understand how both could be somewhat frustrating, and I don't want any other guest...

Having stayed here multiple times, my wife and I are always comfortable in this fine, little hotel. The staff makes local recommendations - and signs each one personally -- in addition to offering incredible attention to detail and service. Add in the local tastings that happen at the hotel and you have a great experience. PLUS, if you are there...

My boyfriend and I only stayed there one night and we loved the friendly staff and room. Definitely staying there next chance we get. The only downside side was parking. We got back to the hotel around 9pm on a weekend and circled the block a couple of times before we found parking.

We are here during comic con, so prices are crazy everywhere. We paid way too much for the quality of room we have. The check in people are very nice, the lobby and looks like the main hotel is clean. We booked a 2br/2ba room. It is in the very back, no view of anything. Very blah. I asked for...

Giovanna, thank you for your feedback. I appreciate you sharing your post Comic-Con concerns. No matter what the rate, all guests should still receive outstanding housekeeping, and I apologize if you did not - there is no excuse for that. I will share your notes with our General Manager and ensure that these concerns are addressed immediately. David.

We arrived late in the evening, pulled up to the curb and was immediately met by a young man to help us with our luggage. He then informed me of the parking restrictions and where I could find the closest parking space (right across the street), where I would not be ticketed. They have coffee, juice, water and croissants, etc.,...
