Nice hotel in downtown San Diego, very convenient location and helpful staff. I love their cookies! It's a very cute idea! Room are large and clean and the bed is comfortable. It's also quite and has a downtown view.

A pleasant experience overall. A few hiccups with my bill, and the food was that great, but the staff was great and rectified everything which made it an overall pleasurable experience. Great location in Little Italy lots of things to do that is in walking distance. would stay there again.

I love staying at this hotel when I'm in San Diego. The hotel is located right in the Little Italy section and about a 10 minute walk from the Gas Lamp district. The property is nicely maintained and the rooms are spacious and clean. Some rooms have a great view of the planes on approach to SAN. The staff always...

The lobby is beautifully appointed and shows no wear. There are multiple types of seating arrangements to accommodate families to individuals, water infused with fresh fruit and coffee service. The guestrooms are not quite on par with the lobby. Everything worked. The bed was very comfortable. It's just that the rooms show a bit more wear and don't display the...

This hotel was nice, and if you head north and west, you get to some nice shops and restaurants in Little Italy. Head south and it's a little interesting until you get to the Gaslamp Quarter. I could see how this would be convenient for the airport, but it was a pretty tight parking ramp, I'm glad my rental was...

This hotel offers excellent value for the price. It is a very easy walk from the hotel to the harbor area. It took me about 25 minutes on average at brisk pace. While near the freeway it is relatively quite. The biggest value of this hotel is the dining experience. It is very well done.

I stayed here for a girls trip and loved the location for walking and sightseeing. It is close to several great restaurants. The staff was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the room was perfectly clean. Thank you!

Stayed here for work. The hotel is well located near restaurants, coffee shops, and the airport. The area around the hotel really comes alive on the weekends with lots of people coming for the food and drinks. The rooms are too noisy but I would like them to be more isolated from outside noise. The staff were helpful and they...

Felt like pulling teeth to get a resolution on a mishandled check in deposit. Overnight supervisor was no help and had to wait 20-30 mins for actual "manager" to arrive (told a 10 min wait). Manager never came out to address us even though I asked for him twice, he did fix the issue but service was handled poorly. Also...
