I stay at this hotel at least 10 times a year due to work. They did some remodeling, which has made for a nicer aesthetic and better functioning of their heater and air conditioning. I love staying here, because the staff are always kind. David, the Manager there, has always done an exceptional job for assisting me with any requests...

First, I have to say most of my issues with this property are simply not easily fixable. The staff was very nice, and overall it was fine. The hotel itself is small and not as well decorated as most other Sheraton properties. The rooms were basic, but good toiletries and the water pressure in the shower was good (I know that...

Very nice stay. A bit away from the City center. Good and spacious room. 14/- USD for breakfast. Breakfast included for SPG Members at the lounge. Very crowded and noisy on the 12th floor. This is near the Mission Valley stop of the Trolley. 15 min walk to the hotel.

This is a well-located hotel that seems a bit older. I'm not sure what a regular room is like but Laura at the front desk was helpful, sweet and wonderful and gave us a platinum upgrade to a beautiful suite. That's the basis for the four star (circle?) rating. The suite was clean, lovely and had high ceilings that made...

I booked a suite as there were 3 of us. The suite was lovely with a balcony, kitchen, spacious bathroom and relatively big living room area and bedroom. We liked it so much we decided to stay in, watch a movie and get room service that night. The food is not very good. Location is average as hotel overlooks a...

15 minutes or so from the airport was why I picked this Sheraton. Good value, nice facilities and the rooms are pretty standard by Sheraton standards. I wouldn't necessarily rave about this location but it was a practical choice and a good value.

Not all Sheraton's are created equal. The service we received at this location was exceptional. In advance of our visit the Service Manager sent an email asking if he could do anything to make our visit more pleasant. (Sometimes this is an empty inquiry by some locations) At the Mission Valley location they acted on every request and exceeded my...

Stayed one night. Hotel is located on "hotel row" which runs parallel and adjacent to I 8. I have stayed at several hotels on the row and they all seem very similar so I suggest reader base decision on price and Tripadvisor comments. It is important to note that I8 is a very busy freeway and every hotel I have...

Stayed here for a work-related conference. My company booked a room with a king bed & upon checking in I was told they didn't have any more rooms with king beds. Only fast food restaurants within walking distance. Settled in for the evening and turned on the tv only to discover the resolution is not HD. Decided to relax in...

Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We appreciate you taking the time to share your comments with us. Please accept our sincere apology for the issue with the room type. Unfortunately, we had to take several rooms out of our inventory during your stay. Our pool and spa were closed due to a safety concern...

I recently stayed in the Sheraton on business. The Hotel is a very nice Hotel, the price for the area meaning San Diego is very good. Less than $110 a night. There is a mall and several eateries across the Freeway, you need a car unless you would like a long walk. I walked and it started to rain on...
