Our family has stayed at the Inn several summers. There's no where else in the Outer Banks that we'd rather be. The pet friendly atmosphere means so much to us. We recommend the Bungalow highly. Dee, the innkeeper, is a delight. You will never regret at a stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Inn. It's quiet and cozy and the keeper was most hospitable. It's centrally located so you can walk to the shops and restaurants. There's a great view of the water. Everything you need for a memorable stay! Thanks!

Spacious and charming rooms. Beautifully restored, lots of great reading and resources. Loved the biking and sipping on the upstairs veranda. Dee and Sara were delightful and so helpful. We will be back soon!

We loved our stay at the Roanoke Inn. This place is absolutely beautiful. Dee is so sweet and kind she goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you could ever want, and gives suggestion of places to dine and visit. I would definitely visit the Inn again.

We just finished a delightful stay at this lovely inn. Hospitality top notch. Free bikes, kitchen stocked with complimentary everything. Hosts couldn't be more accomodating. Lovely setting on the water.

We were most impressed by the location. You could view the water from your room or go upstairs and sit in the rocking chairs and watch the water, boats and lighthouse. It was so near restaurants and shops. The rooms were comfortable and the continental breakfast with fresh fruit was good. Also snacks and drinks were available all the time....

I have stayed at the Roanoke Island Inn on 4 different occasions, and will return at every opportunity. The Inn is historic and beautiful, as is the town of Manteo - quaint shops, restaurants and the harbor are only steps away from the Inn. The accommodations at the Inn are outstanding, and the staff are friendly and helpful in every...

We stayed here while in Manteo for a funeral. Our family members came in from all over NC and it was wonderful to be able to gather in the lobby area and visit. The rooms are very comfortable and the place is spotless, but what made it extra nice was Dee, the innkeeper. She went above and beyond to make...

Loved the welcome we received...Inn is lovely in great setting. Gathering space and pantry are two really nice features of this Inn. Bed was really comfy but room was a little small (especially bathroom). Overall, though, we loved it and would visit again.
