First, you have to appreciate the remoteness of Capitol Reef NP. But once you get to Torrey Utah you will find it to be a neat mountain village with guest cabins and a number of choices in casual dining. Following a long day on the road I think you will be pleased with the Capital Reef Resort. Our room was...

Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review. The Wagons and Teepees in the summer time are quite amazing to spend a night in and have been a huge hit since they have been put in. The Balcony Rooms are a huge favorite here at Capitol Reef Resort as they do have there own private balcony...

We stayed in the motel rooms. Had a balcony overlooking a great view of the rocks and the Super Moon! The room was very nice and clean with lots of amenities. During the warm season, there are several other room options like cabins, teepees, covered wagons, really charming options especially for families with kids. The restaurant options were very limited,...

We stayed in a king cabin and were impressed with the attention to detail in our accommodations. Comfortable furnishings, easily accessible power outlets, warm lighting, and a speaker system for playing music... overall a great place for relaxation. The only disappointment was that our view looked out at the tepees and not a direct cliff view as I expected. Some...

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. I would also like to thank you for recommendation about the Glass Ware. It is nice to know what our guests like and we do our best to listen. We are sorry that you did not have a direct view of the Red Cliff's but hope that...

We recently took off on an unplanned road trip through southern Utah and ended up in Torrey. It was off-season and our expectations about even finding a place to stay were pretty low. But then we came across this gem in the desert! Sweet room, great price (about $55), and good home cooking in the restaurant. The perfect place, location,...

Like anyone we looked at their website. I wish hotels would just take normal pictures because if you stay their and the expectations are not what you thought you are going to leave a poor review. So the pictures are a little misleading but as far as places to stay in this area you can't beat it. We stayed in...

Beautiful view of the mountains and countryside. Horses and teepees near by. A decent restaurant across the road for dinner. The room is very basic and motel style where you park right outside your room. Breakfast was good.

Amazing situation with incredible views! Nice enough rooms, but some have much better views than others. Good ok but a little pricey. Nice pizza place across the road. Great pool and hot tub. All very clean.

Still in need of a red rock fix after Canyonlands, Arches and Capitol Reef NPs? Check in here, open the back door, and you won't be disappointed. If you're really after a down to earth experience, there's always the option of a teepee... Good restaurant on site too.
