My husband and I recently went to the Arlo Nomad for an anniversary weekend. Due to a mixup with the booking agency, the room we thought we had booked wasn't available during our entire stay. Everyone at the front desk was beyond accommodating, especially Tislam, who went out of his way to get us a great room and make this a memorable weekend for us. The entire front desk staff was friendly and called us by name when we came and went. We really appreciated the special attention from Jamilah & Tis. In addition to the great, personalized care we received, the Sky view room was indescribable. With floor to ceiling windows on two sides, we had an amazing view of the skyline. We'll definitely be coming back to this hotel whenever we're in NYC.

The view was amazing and we really enjoy our stay here. It’s our honeymoon so I asked the management team for some special arrangements, and they did a really good job! It’s super convenient to travel around the city from this hotel and the Take 31 restaurant right next to it is also awesome!

Amazing experience with super friendly and effective staff. We enjoyed the view a lot and love this small oasis in New York City. We were treated well by all staff and housekeeping. This will be our first choice when we do need to stay in New York again.

Had a fantastic stay at Arlo Nomad. Our room had incredible views, and the staff was A1!!! They made our stay super comfortable. The highlights of the hotel are definitely the lounge areas, and the rooftop which is open to only hotel guests for a portion of the day. Jamilah at the front desk was the best!

I love the Arlo Nomad. The location is great, the employees are so friendly and the rooftop is beautiful. You have to check out the rooftop when the sun is setting. It is magical! I definitely recommend this place.

Loved the lobby, hi tech for the elevators which has no interior floor buttons , a first for me.. this is great for people that are savvy with technology... we were looking forward for the rooftop to relax but it was booked out, We did not see that we had to reserve to just sit and enjoy. The Beds are comfortable and the bath is small but equipped with great products. Quiet location made our stay enjoyable and our room faced another building.. Extremely clean rooms and communal areas.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the Arlonomad in NYC. The stay was amazing and the staff was impeccable! With all that being said, the best part was Keelan who works at the front desk. He had a HUGE smile on his face the entire time and was unbelievably helpful. I would 100% recommend people to come back here again.
