I stayed a week there and thought it was worth the money. The staff is excellent, knowledgable, and friendly. The staff provided me with everything from maps and detailed directions to where I wanted to go, suggestions and even an umbrella one day when it was raining and I did not have one of my one. The building is very...

Very chic rooms, reminds me of Europe. Small but efficient rooms, very clean in hallways, secured, great eating and waiting area in lobby which is on the 2nd floor. Location is perfect for Chinatown, Little Italy and Soho. Close to subway, bus. Enjoy fresh produce outside the door, early opening bakery across the street, grocery stores only doors away. Famed...

I have visited NYC many times over my career. My hotel selections across all those visits have provided a range of experiences across the City. This week I had a last-minute trip and found all of my tried and true options unavailable or even more ridiculously priced than normal. The need for a couple of nights sleep led me to...

Overall, very pricy for the quality it offers. Hotel reception is on the second floor, so the lobby is not really what you would define as 'grand'. Not that this matters much if the rooms are fine. I got a room facing the main street, which I can safely say is very NOISY. Of course this is New York, so...

My friends and I spent two nights in this hotel Christmas weekend 2010. The morning after the first night's stay my friend was getting dressed after her shower and an average sized bottle of perfume that she had resting on the shelf above the sink fell about a foot into the sink below knocking a pretty large hole in it....

Our stay was a very pleasant experience thanks to the services, location and especially the staff. Everyone working there went above and beyond making our stay pleasant!! We will be planning another trip soon and we will defiantly want to stay there again.

The reception service was probably the best we have experienced. We were particularly taken by the call from reception some minutes after check in to ensure that the room was as we expected and enquiring if we required anything extra.Throughout our stay help was provided immediatly and cheerfully with directions and bookings of taxis etc. The room was clean and well...

This was our second stay here and again it met our expectations. Large, clean rooms that were cleaned well even with limited staff due to the hurricane. Front desk and security (Jeff) were extremely helpful and kind. Suggestions: Ask for a room on the higher floor for quiet. The coffee is really bad, but there is a great cafe around...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days in August 2011. This hotel is situated between Little Itaty and Chinatown so restuarant selection is plentiful. The hotel lobby is located on the 2nd floor and normally you need to take an elevator. We chose this hotel to access free wireless internet along with breakfast. There are muffins, bagels, toast, fruit,...

Me and my partner actually booked this hotel for 20 guests for our wedding. Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
