Lovely guy on reception, surreal rooms in a fantastic location for the price . Bit shabby round the edges but heart in right place! Felt safe within walking distance of many of Manhattans must see places .

Street parking is tricky. There is a paid garage just around the corner. It runs for about $30-35 a day. Also couple of places on the 24th street between 3rd and 2nd ave.
