For those of you who can't believe how small the hotel rooms are in NYC hotels and don't see how it's possible to turn around in the closet-sizede bathrooms, consider treating yourself to the Four Seasons, if money is no object. At $895 per night ($75 more if you actually want breakfast the next morning), it's not for those expecting...

The staff, the service, and the physical facility were all the best, as one expects from Four Seasons, but the views across the city from the upper floors made my visit truly magical. Housekeeping does a remarkable job in the simple act of room cleaning.

We recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in NYC for our 50th anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. The staff members went out of their way to be helpful and met our every request. The room was beautiful and we received an upgrade without even asking. We arrived early and the room was ready, giving us extra time...

It was awesome. When my family and I just arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed and given some awesome-tasting juice. We didn't have to wait for the room because instantaneously after verifying some things, the receptionist handed us the card. The room was awesome and the view was beyond perfection. This was the best vacation I ever had in...

Stay there every time we go to NYC as it is part of our Amex platinum Fine Hotels and Resorts . Excellent service, spacious rooms by any standard and impeccable service. Have stayed at every luxury hotel in NYC from The Plaza to the Waldorf but 4 seasons is in a league of its own.

Location of the hotel could not be better, right on the southeast corner of Central Park – one block from 5th Avenue shopping. Although the main entrance is on 57th you can enter/exit on 58th as well. The rooms were spacious and pleasantly quiet and comfortable but the phone had technical problem, I tried to call several time but went unanswered...

The Four Seasons NY always lives up to its high standards, clean, efficient, good service, very good in house restaurants and terrific views over Central Park to gaze at and relax with a well made dry martini after a hectic day of business, will always come back when in NY!!

We have stayed at the Four Seasons many times while visiting the city. Always 4 star service and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant has changed hands a few times but it is usually great.

The Four Seasons on East 57th Street - between Madison and Park - is a first class hotel with gigantic proportions - magnanimous, I should add. The entrance hall or lobby are enough to let you know you've just entered a very unusual building. Yes, from the architecture (Philip Johnson, I believe), to the two restaurants located on the mezzanine...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
