Modern, hip and stylish the Ace Hotel New York is a perfect combination of comfort and ambience at an ace location in the big apple. There's all sorts of shops, restaurants, and landmarks walking distance and a few subway stations a minute walk away. Opening Ceremony store at ground floor makes it even a better catch!

I think you are paying for a hip lobby and not a quality room when you pick this hotel. I mistakenly booked the bunk room which felt like a jail cell- for $150 this was a huge mistake! Also, when I arrived after a long days work all I wanted to do was lay down watch snl and relax- it...

Stayed at the Ace Hotel with my partner for 3 nights and this was the first time we had both visited New York - And what a first impression the hotel made..... The hotel itself is fantastic and great value for money! The hotel front is impressive, decor is quirky but cool throughout, bedroom was lovely and spacious enough (small...

Room was small but had everything we needed. Bed was so comfortable! The hotel is in a great location and the bar downstairs is great. Would definitely stay again if in New York, I do think that the lobby area could be better managed for guest, often it was difficult to get any seating.

To start with the positives: the location of the hotel is excellent, the decor is chic and the bed was comfortable. However, the negatives: We landed in NYC after a red-eye flight and got to the hotel at 7 am looking for a chance at an early check-in. Were told to come back at 3 pm, which we understood, but...

And whimsical too! It's an amazingly trendy place, filled in the afternoons with all kinds of want-to-be-seen folk and their laptops! Rooms are excellent and the bathrooms are to die for! Rates are good, location is perfect and the staff very friendly and helpful - and stumptown is just downstairs for the coffee or cocoa fix!

I spent 4 nights here in mid December. It's location is great, close enough to Time Square (10mins walk) but far enough away from all the hustle & bustle. We had a double room (two huge beds), very spacious with a view of the Empire State Building 👍. The food in the restaurant was amazing, best Steak & Stilton pie...

Had a good deal for this place. I liked the design and feel of the place. Enough has been written about all the details. I had a mid-size room and managed to get a great price for it. Was doing business in the area so it was perfectly located for me. I also enjoyed the layout and hung out in...

Hi Joizee_HD - Sounds like a solid price for a solid stay, I'll take it! It's very of you to take the time out of your day to let us know how your stay went. Maybe we will see you soon and perhaps provide you with a slightly larger room so that things aren't feeling so tight. xoxo - Matt...

Super nice staff and cool hipster place in New York. I stayed here in one of those 'heavy snow' weekends when my flight to Chicago (were I had a 5 stars hotel waiting for me...) was cancelled, so I needed a strong and funny experience to recover the delusion. And everything worked perfectly well. The room is really cool, and...

Hi MarcoMaria68 - Thanks for choosing us during your travel mishap to Chicago. I'm happy to hear that we've met the expectations of someone who was awaiting to stay at a 5 star hotel. You're right we do not provide coffee mainly because we like to encourage people to try Stumptown Coffee - our very own coffee shop on property....
