My husband and I had the privilege of staying at Mt Morris house 10 days ago for a week. My sister stayed there two years ago and just loved it and really wanted us to experience it as well. We are so happy that we did. I had all my dealings with Dimitri and she had the pleasure of dealing...

I stayed at Mount Morris Guest House for a conference I attended this weekend. I really enjoy my stay. The historic home is beautiful and well preserved. This was my first stay in a B & B and I will definitely try it again. The ease of getting in and out was also just perfect. Vasili was great to work...

My wife and I recently spent 4 nights at The Mount Morris Guest House. We stayed in Harlem, basically so that we would get more bang for our accommodation buck. And, we had heard that Harlem was evolving into a interesting (and safe) option not too far away from the action in Mid-Town. As it turned out, this was exactly...

An island of tranquility and peace in middle of busy New York. … more than often it happened,- while toothbrushing or recovering from heavy rain-sunshine New York street walking-sight seeing,- that i just paused my eyes at one of the relaxing trompe l’oeil columns, a real lamp or the beautful flooring or carpets, not to mention the exhibits all over...

My parents (both in their late 50s) and I (late 20s) stayed in the 2-bedroom-suite for a week this September. We absolutely loved our stay. The owners are really nice and welcoming. SERVICE We arrived early in the morning so our rooms were not yet ready. Dimitri (one of the owners) did everything to get the rooms done as fast...

We, my husband and I, our son and our grandson (13), have been staying for a week at the wonderful and peaceful Mount Morris House, N.Y., located in Harlem, in the elegant studio suite on the top floor. It is bright and sunny and its windows overlook the gardens of the near Marcus Garvey Park. The mattresses are absolutely fantastic,...

Hello, I am retired woman and a non-stop traveler. I have been lucky to have visited so far 4 continents out of five. With a couple, friends of mine, I arrived in New York on September 8th for a 14 days visit. Before choosing a place to stay, we went all over New York's map, looking at hotels, apartments for...

My husband and I loved our suite, loved being in Harlem and such a nice quiet neighbourhood. Delicious places to eat close by. Mount Morris House was near to the 116 th Subway on Lenox and a quick trip into Times Square on Lines 2 or 3. Mount Morris House is just beautiful, Dimitri (host) was very welcoming and friendly....

My husband, of now 6 days, and I stayed at the Mount Morris House when we eloped in NYC last week. Dimitri was a very accommodating and gracious host. I broke my foot a week before we were due to arrive in NYC and was placed in a cast. I notified Dimitri I would be having some medical equipment delivered...
