It is a clean hotel, with functionning wifi and television, but you dont get much more then that. The room service was extremely lacking, not coming during the day, forcing us to call them to remind them to come do our room, even when we had mentionned their negligeance on the day before. We also realized, at our dismay, that...

This hotel is nothing special. everything is very very basic, If you are a party person that came in NYC just to have fun it's ok but it's not ok if you are in couple, trying ti enjoy the room time as well. It's quite dirty, the walls, the floor, it's very noisy and you can hear everyone passing by...

I would like to preface this review with explaining I stay in hotels around 40 weeks a year, sometimes hostels and am by no means someone who needs upscale amenities to be happy in a sleeping accommodation. We booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to Javits convention center and ended up being by far the worst hotel...

This was a nice hotel to stay at while in New York City. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square, but not too far to walk to and it was close to Central Park. The hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The room is on the small side, which I would...

This hotel was great for what we needed. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and it provided a good night's sleep! The area is super convenient to the subway and Times Square. I have no clue why some people previously complained about the area. It felt completely safe at all times, morning and night. Maybe it would be uncomfortable...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
