We stayed here for the NYC week of our honeymoon, and we loved it. We got a newly renovated room, so newly renovated it hadn't been used before us. Very helpful staff (recommendations, taxis, help with how to get to sports arenas), very nice and clean. The hotel itself looks very good. As expected, the room wasn't particulary big, but...

Really ideal for visiting all locations. Next to Maddison square gardens and short walk to Times Square . Rooms not massive but adequate . We had a lovely comfy bed and I have no complaints . Would definitely use again next time I visited New York. Concierge really friendly.

Got there for work last night, did not have a room with 2 beda. Got up to the room, bathroom was dirty, very small and shower did not even work properly. The walls r so thin that we could hear the person next door turn on the shower. Not worth the money, we were supposed to be there 2 days...

great location in central mid town Manhattan. We had a great room which looked out to the Statue of Liberty. Great pancakes strawberries and maple syrup according to my daughter!! Very unique and original art deco style and just a few blocks from Macy's. Not too expensive either. great vacation hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good with lots of restaurants nearby. Being in the heart of Manhattan it is very convenient if you want to go to Madison Square Garden, the Post Office or the National Port Authority. Macy's is also a stone's throw away. The downside is the size of the room. I would not recommend this...

This was a very reasonably (for NY) priced hotel in a convenient location. I chose it for proximity to the Bolt Bus stop, as I was going to be catching a very early bus and didn't want to depend on a cab. It's also right across the street from Madison Square Garden and the Amtrak station, although you would never...

If you love older NYC hotels with character, you will probably enjoy the New Yorker. Very clean and updated but with a lot of charm and history (loved the Art Deco). Everyone was friendly and willing to help or answer questions. Very convenient to Madison Square/Penn Station. Loved having the tavern right downstairs on one side for dinner (Cooper's Tavern...

I arrived from an international flight late in the evening; putting me at the hotel at roughly 10:55pm. I just wanted to lay down and rest. The lobby is certainly spacious and pretty. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
