Our company recently made this a "Preferred hotel" in NYC so I decided to give it a try. The hotel has many positives; the lobby is quite nice and the room was spacious by NYC standards. My big issue was the street noise that kept me awake between 2 am and 4 am. Sounded like lots of trucks driving through,...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to subway station and walking distance to MSG and Penn station. Times Sq is also close by. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Great Greek restaurant on the ground floor. On a street famous for flower sellers so is nice to see their displays as you walk by. Very clean and...

The room is located perfectly', a short walk from many of the sights and the reception people are extremely nice. But... Service was very disappointing: we asked for towels... they did not arrive. Wifi was not working for 2 days.. Room was not very clean and although I asked, was not cleaned well the following day.

A wonderful hotel in great service. Romantic, lush and clean lines all help you unwind from your busy day in NYC. A great bathroom with a amazing shower & you can go out that night or stay in. Both are are excellent choices.

The location is great, but I am not sure what makes this a 4 star hotel. The room was not clean. Dusty all over, stained carpet. Wifi didn't work for a day or so. One day they didn't re-stock the toiletries. We asked for fresh towels and received them way too late.

My spouse and I chose this hotel since it's accessible near MSG and NY Penn Station. We had a good stay even only for a night, the bed was comfy, bathroom looks great, as expected there were noises from the buses outside but we didn't care (location's in the city anyway). When we checked out the next day, 2 hrs...

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback on the hotel. It is a general practice for New York City hotel to put a hold on guests’ credit card; this is a hold and not an actual charge. This amount is then released a couple days after your check out. It covers any room charges (i.e. Room Service,...

Due to some train delays back to DC, I needed a last minute hotel room for 1 night. I found Hotel Hayden on Hotel Night for a very decent rate in the Chelsea neighborhood. Quick and easy check-in and straight up to the room. Wood (or some kind of flooring) other than carpeting. It makes the room colder, but gives...

A stayed in most hotels but I really enjoyed this one, near everything, subway on corner, big bathroom and clean nicely decorated room. Great security, quiet but blocks away from everything. Will stay again. The price was reasonable for area, hope they stay the same and best bartender who is magic when it comes to the proper pour. I enjoyed...

Location is good, service is poor. It seems the hotel is understaffed. Restaurant is available but prices are significantly overpriced ($15 for a serving of regular pancakes...). maybe it is just a matter of time because the hotel is new, but if you like to get towels and bath stuff when you need it, use the restaurant and be charged...
