Wonderful stay in the heart of Soho. The room was super clean and had nice amenities but what really blew me away was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. For example, when I asked Brendan at the host stand where I could get a cup of tea late at night because my throat was sore - he popped back in the kitchen and made it himself, wished me a good night and said "this one is on the house we hope you feel better" - Wow! At checkout I met the two people who run this place Justine and Sebastian, it was clear that they put a great emphasis on making sure they take care of their team. I cant wait to come back.
We picked the hotel based on the reviews and were absolutely delighted with our stay. This is a fantastic hotel- the staff, the rooms, the location, the whole experience is 5 star. The area is full of fantastic restaurants, bars and the general buzz of Soho- perfect access to the subway (almost directly outside the hotel), a handy convenience store and pharmacy opposite. Room wise, we went for the so-hi and requested a corner room- has great views over lower Manhattan, the Hudson River, and you can manoeuvre yourself to also see up towards Midtown. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough for if you’re considering a stay in New York!
Every interaction I had at the hotel has been positive. Id like to specifically point out that Raquel was truly special. She made sure my fiancé and I had an incredible experience for our anniversary. All the staff were truly the best from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and luxurious. Location is awesome. We are definitely going back whenever in nyc. -Alan

Comfortable and lovely room , lots of light and warmth Plenty of hanging space Unfortunately, no tea or kettle in room so unable to it, reception said they did not allow electric kettles in the room and tea was not provided, which is strange when you pay a fee to have coffee pods.
I have been coming to the Dominick for many years now and always come back because Mohendra delivers time and time again. This trip I had family visiting from London and he sorted us all out during a very busy time. Can't thank him and the team enough for creating a home away from home for us. We’ve been coming here for 10 years now (when it was the Trump by name only) and on one occasion have we ever been disappointed for any reason. From the moment you arrive, Marek, Chris, Elvis and the men at the door could not be more genuinely caring about your experience. Mohendra and the team at the desk are incredible to say the least and always manage to get us in our room early or at least on time. In this day and age with COVID protocols this is a tall order. The property is the best in soho and deserves 6 stars if possible.
I came here a few weeks ago and decided to return mainly because of the service. In particular Gabriela at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home during a family trip. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is excellent.
Luxurious room in great location. I booked this room through Amex FHR. We were accommodated with an early noon check-in and upgraded to a higher floor. We appreciated the view and macaroons waiting for us in a luxurious king bed room. The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the subway, Trader Joe’s, a park for lunch like a local, assorted restaurants and of course shopping. It’s a lively area and I’d be happy to stay again. The 2nd floor lounge was comfortable and service was friendly and quick when we had drinks and an appetizer before heading to a show. We both thought breakfast was disappointing, and it was just a standard eggs and bacon meal. Overall a great stay. Our one hiccup was the bill. I checked out at the front desk the day of departure with no additional charges on the bill. You pay in advance with AMEX FHR. However after checking my monthly statement, I realized the hotel charged my card for the stay too. AMEX is fixing and I’m sure this is atypical as service was consistently high throughout our enjoyable stay.…
The Dominick is hands down the best hotel in NYC! I've been staying here for years thanks to the incredible hospitality, most importantly the staff. Everyone is very kind, but Gabriela is the most kind, helpful women I've ever met. From recommending great places in the area, to making the check in process seamless, and so much more, I look forward to seeing her smiling face every time I visit! Highly recommend staying at The Dominick if you're looking for a beautiful hotel in a great location with the best service!
