The hotel is clean, the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean, small but there was quiet - we lived on the 10th floor. Breakfast was very poor and simple and hard to sit on bar chairs. It is better to go into town for breakfast and enjoy it more. The hotel is well equipped but in compare to its...

The Flatiron Hotel is the perfect boutique hotel. Starting with the front desk people who are friendly and welcoming. Cute lobby and a bar with live entertainment. The rooms are small but done very smartly. Very comfortable bed and I especially like their pillows. Coffee pot in room (free) and a well stocked but expensive mini bar. Great multi head...

me and my wife had the worst experience ever at this hotel. we booked a 1 night getaway for our anniversary, and over the phone while making the reservation we were offered a high floor room, breakfast, robes and slippers, which none of this was given to us. also the lady at the front desk when we were checking in...

Hotel is clean and pictures of rooms are true to reality. Lobby is smaller than seems in pictures. Had a free and nice continental breakfast. Hotel staff were polite. Would definitely stay again. Location was great, with walking distance to shops, and restaurants. Safe and clean neighborhood. Right on broadway and nice park right around the corner

Stayed two nights in this swanky little joint. Staff really great, location incredible! Great food all around, continental breakfast gratis in the morning. Will definitely be back, for work or fun! Highly recommend!!

What a great location! Fun lobby with live music each night there! We were treated well and will for sure make our reservations at Flatiron Hotel on our next NYC trip. Smaller hotel feel, which was perfect for us. I can't say enough about talent each night in lobby. That was so fun!

This could be the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I don't even know where to begin. It started when my husband and I walked into the hotel. There was all these shady people outside the hotel we could barley get through the door. It took them 25 minutes to check us in and there was no line. We got...

I am extremely disappointed with this Hotel. The room was extremely small !! My boyfriend and I were laying on a bed. When we discovered blood stain marks on the comforter. Which made me very uncomfortable, I called the front desk. The only thing the offered me was new sheets !!!! I will never recommend nor stay in this Hotel...

Really enjoyed this place. It seemed to be in the center of everything. Very nice service from everyone. Breakfast not very good but nice to sit in lounge area to eat. The music at night a definite plus.

We booked this hotel for a one night stay before visiting relatives. The location is great and right around the corner from Eataly. The Hotel is lovely with a wonderfully designed lobby and mezzanine. There is a lovely, comfortable sitting area, a bar, a band in the evening, a two story cylinder shaped aquarium filled with crazy salt water, beautiful...
