Great location! The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff was very accommodating. Anthony, the guy at the front desk was very helpful with nearby attractions, restaurants and bars. Will definitely come back!

I was in NYC for 3 days on business. This is the hotel that is recommended by my company. The room was smaller than I had expected but it's NYC. My view was terrible but it would have been nice to see the Tower in my view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. One thing to consider is the...

FiDi is getting better and better, and this hotel is in its heart, in front of Freedom Tower, 9/11 Memorial and Oculus, and five minutes away from Wall Street. If you like jogging, Battery Park jogging/cycling circuit is just behind the building. Room was big enough to live for one week and it was really clean. Path and several subway...

Nice, clean efficient room. I wish the room had a mini refrigerator. Aside from that the room was very nice. The happy hour reception was a bonus. Light snacks beer and wine were complimentary. I wish the happy hour was daily! I think the staff was very friendly. I will stay at this property again.

The hotel is a little cramped an I was confused about the two separate hotels which had adjoining doors with separate receptions but shared staff. Not too sure what was going on there. We were allocated a room directly behind the double lift shaft, the pillows were literally through the very thing wall. You could hear very clearly the lifts...

My family enjoyed our 03 days trip to NY. Hotel location and services were definitely nice. Kevin Chan, Jonathan and other staff members (I am sorry - I don't recall everyone's name) were extremely cooperative. All our requests (especially with small kids - we had many) were treated within reasonable time. Will strongly recommend this hotel to someone who is...

I checked reviews on Trip advisor, hotels.com, and Expedia before I reserved this hotel. It was a BIG mistake. If you are looking for fancy YMCA or looking or teenager hotel, this is the right choice. But if you are looking for a hotel, this is not the place you want to stay. I have been traveling for my business...
