My husband and I came here with my parents to celebrate my 30th birthday. The hotel is very nice, the hotel bar had a fantastic view and they have happy hour until 6pm. Unfortunately the hotel is quite far from Times Square and where most of the tourist attractions.

Stayed one night at the Club Quarters NYC. Was easy to find with a rental car and pretty good deal on overnight parking one street down. Nice clean medium sized rooms. Nothing to complain about since my expectations weren't that of a 4 star or a 5 star hotel. Had all the basic amenities a traveler would need. Plus point-...

Well priced, clean rooms, absorbent towels, amenities in shower but...be prepared....for very small rooms. Tucked in a corner of downtown overseeing 9-11 memorial. Some spectacular views. Tried a number of rooms before I settled on one. Huge thank you to the fabulous front desk staff, Franz and Elaia (sp?) who were amazingly patient and courteous with me. They went above...

It was a bit odd of a hotel. Obviously it caters to business travelers, which I was so it was fine. But I would not recommend it to anyone for a vacation. The location was the best part. There was only 1 person at the desk. The rooms were very small. It was overall fine for a quick 1 night...

A hotel is only as great as the people it employs. This statement couldn't be truer as it is for the Club Quarters Hotel at WTC. I have mixed feelings about this hotel, as my family and I have experienced both good and bad services during our stay here. I had booked four rooms for my family and relatives who...

We have stayed at different Club Quarters more times than I can count and have always been satisfied. This was our first experience with Club Quarters World Trade and it will be our last. We requested an upgrade to a suite and were given a great room on the 19th floor. However, the room was next to a maintenance closet...

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in november and got a room on the 19th floor with a direct view at the one world trade center tower. Our room was spacious and very clean, bed was comfy and we didn't miss anything. The free water bottles were very handy; we always had a bottle with us while exploring...

We spent an evening at Club Quarters last weekend and were very satisfied with the experience. The staff is very welcoming and the rooms were clean and modern and the value was terrific. We loved the still and sparkling water "taps" in the lobby and the water bottle options near our room. The hotel is quite convenient - right around...
