Great location. Close to Times Square and Central Park. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Close to Starbucks, and Milk N' Honey cafe for breakfast. Nice deli next door for grabbing a quick bite. Walgreens is at the end of the block if you need anything.

Loved staying there, Fantastic location. Very easy access for the subway to other parts of NY. Room was clean we were on the 23rd floor. I would suggest staying on as higher level as possible so you do get the street noise as it never...More
Be careful! If you're traveling by car, you have to know that there's absolutely no way you can park your car right in front of the hotel to take out your suitcases and check-in. Not even for 1 minute!

Check in was excellently handled by Felicia. She is a great asset to the hotel and by far the best receptionist we encountered on this trip, where we stayed in 14 hotels in total.
The room was comfortable, good sleep quality, spotlessly clean, decent size...More
Stayed with another couple for our first trip to NYC. Rooms were a decent size, clean and the bed was very big (we're used to a double!). The location was great for us. All of the staff we spoke with were amazing, particularly two very...More

TripAdvisor is proud to partner with JackRabbit Systems, Hotels.com, Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz, Priceline, TripOnline SA, Booking.com, Hotwire, Cancelon, Agoda, getaroom.com and HotelQuickly so you can book your Cassa Hotel 45th Street New York reservations with confidence. This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
If you are on the booking form, then you should be able to check in. But I think you'll need a credit card to do that. My advice would be to email the hotel and ask them. You can do that right from the Trip Advisor page.

The rooms are very well appointed, hair dryer, iron, fridge, usb points. You can avoid paying for the bottled water by using the water fountain in the gym. If your rate does not include breakfast, be aware it costs $25 per person and it is not worth it. Great hotel though.
