We chose to stay here because we could use Marriott points, but the location was fantastic and we would stay again even if I had to pay! Steps from the red line that runs north and south through the city. Also blocks from the Hollande Tunnel for quick access to Newark airport. They also have a nice little restaurant for...

It's a Marriott Courtyard, so you know what to expect: decent, if not sumptuous accommodations. But in NYC, decent can be _very_ hard to find. This hotel, in an ideal location for exploring lower Manhattan (there's a stop on the 1 train steps from the hotel and the A, C and E trains are not far away) is not too...

This was the second time this year that we stayed at the Courtyard in SoHo. The location is great if you're planning on spending time downtown. There's even on-street parking nearby (DO pay attention to the signs, though.) . The hotel is clean and comfortable and seems recently renovated. Service is good, too. Only complaint is that the rooms are...

My husband and I drove from Ohio to come in for the TB Five Borough Bike Tour (our first time in the bike tour) we have stayed here before and appreciate the staff and location. Soho is one of our favorite places to eat and shop. The hotel was very quiet at night despite its location. They do have valet...

After several stays here I am happy to say that I don't have a single complaint. Is there a better compliment to a hotel? Not in my experience. Clean and friendly. A little out of the way from some things, but a nice walk to SOHO and the West Village where we needed to be. Thanks for a pleasant stay....

From the moment we pulled in on rainy night we were greeted and helped quickly to check in and enjoy a glass of wine. Rooms small but clean and with all needs met. Staff recommended food delivery and even escorted the delivery man to our room. Manager went to my car to retrieve my daughters bag that she forgot. Service...

This is a super nice hotel - very modern and nicely decorated. Rooms are actually a good size compared to other hotels I've stayed at in the area. The valet was simple and a reasonable cost. The location was really excellent - we went all over the city from here and it was a great middle ground. Also, easy walk...

The room was excellent and extremely clean and decorated very nicely. The bathroom was really nice and new. Very nice people at the front desk and they gave us and early check-in. It had a Starbucks in the back of the lobby. Great street parking available right by the hotel. Nice downtown location. A short walk from Greenwich Village and...

Recently returned from a fantastic 5 night stay. Reception and starbucks staff were 1st class. Hotel is in an excellent location. Road was noisy but this was expected in a busy city. Would definitely recommend.

Picked this hotel because of the downtown location. It was a 5-8 minute walk from Greenwich Village and also a five minute walk from Soho. A nice 20 minute walk to the Highline entrance in the Meatpacking District. Check-in was wonderful. We arrived at 12pm and were given a room even though check-in was at 3pm. The room was spotlessly...
