This was my first experience at this hotel, and for the stay I was quite impressed. The bathroom looked a bit worn down in places, but was very clean. The receptionists, bartenders, valets and housekeepers were all very nice and helpful. I did call once before my trip and was met with someone who was not all that friendly, but...

Great place, and great room. Nothing to complain about. Location was in a great spot (right in the theater district). The walking was easy to all the big destinations. Felt completely safe walking around during the day and night, and there were plenty of places to eat right within walking distance!

Nice location, near the Times Square and subway station. There is a fee for the "resort". Good gym and nearby restaurant. Check in as early as you can to avoid long lines. Friendly staff and very very fast elevator

The rooms were small and clean, the first room we had was so noisy because we could here the elevators. We asked for another room and the service was nice. The new room was more quiet but with the window open it was still a little noisy and smelly. The location is great! Check in is super late (4pm)

The hotel is right in the middle of everything, 1 block away from Times Square. The lobby is cool and hip. The staff is very friendly. The room was just what my nephew and I needed for our two day stay in the city. I was disappointed that there were no eco-friendly collapsible water bottles in the room as we...

Location is excellent for Times Square and for getting around the Big Apple. Staff were helpful when asked for help and were very friendly. The downside was paying the facilities fee even if you use NONE of the facilities covered by the charge. Also be aware you have to pay in advance by credit/debit card a 200 dollar breakages charge...

Staff are rude, especially the guy at the lobby who takes the cases, rooms are extremely small and you have to wait ages on the lift coming! More like a hostel for school kids than a hotel! Wouldn't recommend hotel

I asked the concierge desk for some help navigating the streets and which Broadway show to attend. They were incredibly helpful, and I cannot speak more highly of their service. If anyone stays in New York, I highly recommend staying at The Row.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
