Room was not great. Shared wall with elevator. Not much sleep. Very loud people. No complimentary breakfast. Everything was expensive. Best part about this place was the location and being close to everything.

We have stayed in many NYC hotels and the Row has the best central location. The amenities and service are excellent, especially the Food Court and District M. The rooms are clean and the city views spectacular.....the addition of a small refrigerator in the room would score the Row a rating of excellent.

We really booked it because we knew that it was fairly close to times square and was relatively cheaper when booking through the website but we were so so impressed when we walked in and it blew our expectations out of the water. Amazing location and better than some of the fancier ones near by, the kitchen and bar attached...

The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It was in Time Square, so a perfect location for all of the things around Time Square, this is a great location. However, we stayed 3 nights. The first morning, the water was warm enough to shower, but not hot. The second and third mornings, we couldn't get ANY hot water....

updated hotel with great design and comfy beds. Clean, other than our bathroom which offered little privacy due to a sliding door that had been installed, and puddles on floor, upon arrival, due to tub pretty much taking over the majority of the space. Elevators are cool, but horribly slow, room we had on this trip was TINY, which is...

Small room suppose to be "deluxe" and so expansive ! 995 USD for 3 night, room and bed very small, could not change the room because hôtel was full, definitely to much money for that. However location is great.

Nice hotel, but rooms were very small and old. Overall experience was poor because of the hidden "Facilities Fee" of $55 and the staff attitude when explaining it. If you add that fee to the nightly rate, then I would stay at the other places in the area for the money.

Hotel is not top-of-the-line but if you are not picky, it is actually great. Beds are actually comfortable. Staff if nice - rooms are clean - location is perfect. We walked around a lot (even in the rain) as the location was so great!

No kitchenette in the standard rooms or tea and coffee making facilities is the only downfall. Otherwise comfy and sweet views with good housekeeping and service. I would have loved even just a jug to make a cuppa. Would have made it perfect.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
