On November 2016 I stayed with my family at the hotel for 4 nights. Given that we highly appreciated the upgrade from the junior to the executive suite (!), the accommodation was however unsatisfactory in the following ways: - while booking I specifically requested (and payed accordingly) for the sofabed for our daughter. Upon arrival I had to call the...

I found this hotel to have mainly good things but a few that could be improved. I had a Superior King room, fine for my stay in NY. The room itself was as advertised, spacious. It had a very comfortable bed which is highly important to me. And the price was right for what you get. The location on W39th...

The room was big and comfortable and had views to Empire State Building! Nice location, near a lot of attractions like ESB, Chrysler Build and Central Station. Very Friendly Staff. The only problem was that one of the lifts was broken for 5 days so, at peak hours, it was chaotic to go up or down.

My boyfriend and I drove down to NYC from toronto, Canada to experience the holiday season in NYC. After a long 10 hour drive, no sleep & slightly hungry, we were excited to check in. We were greeted at the front door by Adam Gonzalez and it was a great first impression of the hotel. Adam went above and beyond...

Very well situated for shopping, eating etc. Sadly the room lets it down. Although relatively clean, carpets need replacing, furniture scratched and paint peeling on the ceilings and walls. Twice had to ask for room to be serviced and was told that I had placed service sign incorrectly on door! -not true as I checked! Would I stay again? Yes...

The beat part of this hotel was definitely the staff. From check in to luggage and door guys, everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately as is quite common in the city, there is constantly construction underway. In this case, there was massive drilling going on right outside the hotel door (and our windows on the 6th floor faced it...

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon to NYC. amazing service, from check in to check out.. we were upgraded to the most amazing room with separate sitting room with a view of the Chrysler Building from our 16th floor room. A huge bed and scrupulously clean throughout .. a few thread bare marks on the carpet but nothing major....

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in New York for the weekend a month ago. This hotel was perfect. It was not a cookie cutter new style hotel but full of character - exactly what we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised that we had been upgraded to a suite. Very spacious with a beautiful view of the Empire...

But who cares? It's NYC if you want a good nights sleep you're in the wrong City! The hotel was great, perfect location & top customer service & we were lucky to get room 603 with a great view of the Chrysler! One minor gripe was that a couple of times during our stay the bar was closed for private...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
