It is difficult to find words to describe how great this hotel is. Top located by the Bryant Park, which itself is a great place to relax and enjoy everything that is happening around. The hotel itself is a beautiful black-golden skyscraper. It has almost no lobby, but a Cellar Bar, with complimentary drinks between 17-18 pm on weekdays, and...

Thank you for giving us a 5 and for recognizing Nicole and John. I am so fortunate to work with such amazing people and it means a lot to us to know that we had such a positive impact on your stay. I can’t wait to show your review to Nicole and John. I am also happy to hear that...

Great location. less than 10 minutes to Times Square and the Empire State. A little further to MSG and Grand Central. I had a corner room overlooking Bryant Park and the library. I was lucky with the weather and it was a great vista to wake up to. The hotel has a boutiquey feel to it. The staff are all...

We had planned on staying in Times Square, but came across a good last minute deal for this hotel. Everything was great! There was more than enough room for two of us and the amenities were fabulous. I even brought home some of the bath products to relive the vacation from home. Location was great - we grabbed coffee and...

I am so glad that you found us to be an Oasis. I think that is a great description of us, having the park right across the street provides a tranquil setting, but yet 5 minutes away is Times Square. You gave the readers some great suggestions and I am sure they will appreciate it. Looking forward to your next...

During a recent trip to NYC, I booked a room at this hotel because it was located right on Bryant Park (which I love) and it got great reviews on TripAdvisor. At check in, the incredibly friendly desk clerk notified me that I'd been upgraded to the board room suite. That meant that I had an ensuite boardroom all to...

From the moment we arrived, til the day when we left, the personell at the hotel ensured that we were super comfortable and happy. They were gracious, friendly and totally professional in everything they did. Sarah (concierge) Was super at arranging dinner reservations and lounges with views. We arrived to chilled Spumant in the room. The breakfast served in our...

My wife and I stayed at the Bryant Park Hotel for our wedding weekend (as did around 25 of our wedding guests) and we had an absolutely incredible experience. The accommodations were excellent and the staff went above and beyond for us as well as all of our guests. I have never experienced the level of personal service we received...

I chose this hotel on the basis of its TripAdvisor rating and its proximity to the theatre district, and was not disappointed. The room was generously sized and the decor contemporary. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The crypt-like bar downstairs was atmospheric (though the G&T undrinkable). The food at its restaurant Koi was excellent, though not inexpensive. An...

This was our first stay at the Bryant Park Hotel. We traditioanlly stay on 5th Ave. but we enjoy walking in Bryant Park when in NYC. There were three disappointing aspects at the Bryant Park Hotel, 1) unattentive staff, 2) NO perks i.e. NO free water in rooms (small as that may seem) it's meaningful, 3) VERY poor plumbing and...

I stayed at this hotel last year for a week. The central location is great, the rooms are big and comfortable, and very well kept, with housekeeping doing a great job. There are a few 'new age' touches, with the alarm clock/radio waking you up with waterfall or equivalent music if you are not careful and unset the alarm! The...

Our stay at the Bryant Park Hotel was absolutely amazing. The room we stayed in was big and modern. Room service was prompt and responsive to our needs. The staff at the hotel helped with whatever we needed from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We would definitely stay at the hotel again in the future.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
