Ok, first, I am well aware of the controversy surrounding the owners of the hotel. But, I got too good a deal t try to find some place else to stay. Its not a perfect hotel, but it is very nice and clean, the staff is friendly and it is in a good location. The good: the rooms are large...

This being the only 'gay' hotel in the gay Mecca of the world is a little embarrassing. I stayed here for Valentine's Day and my favorite part was the staff. They brought us a bottle of sparkling wine! Super nice. The amenities are fine, the spa is fine. Just average, you know? For a gay resort in NYC this place...

Everything was perfect during my stay. I booked a shared room, and it was structured in a way that provided privacy and confort. The bed was big for one person, and quite confortable. The room was cleaned and organized everyday. The spa area was amazing - I wish I could have used ir more. I had justo a couple meals...

My partner and I spent a weekend at this hotel. They over charge for everything. $50.00 for a pint of Grey Goose vodka, $8.00 for a bottle of beer, $5.00 for a fifty cent bag of M&Ms. I also believe their rooms are bugged. My partner and I were getting ready to go out to dinner and while he was...

There are so many nicer, less noisy places to stay in NYC. I have to admit I've eaten at their restaurant but the food was just ok. But who wants 'just ok' in a city full of amazing restaurants? Recommendation: stay elsewhere

My understanding was that this establishment caters to the LGBT community. There's nothing to suggest this besides the misleading name of the establishment. The noise level was high. The staff was obnoxious and far from helpful. Just another New York hotel and not a very nice one.

But I found the place a little underwhelming. the price for the room was OUTRAGEOUS. Being in Times Square can cut both ways.... Close to everything like theaters ... But also close to dicey Port Authority and tons of homeless right at the door.

We were not treated as you'd expect for the price! The staff was dismissing and borderline rude. I will most likely never return and sadly had high hopes. The venue just didn't live up to the hype. I'd suggest looking elsewhere!

Good Afternoon JMG5775, I would like to start by thanking you for taking the time to voice your concerns. As true with any establishment, reviews help up grow as a company to better serve you as well as other patrons going forward. With that in mind it is very upsetting to be traveling and to feel as though you are...

Stayed here and dined at the KTCHN restaurant as well. Both are inferior products.Gay clientele as well as straight clientele have far better choices in a city the size of NY.Although we are gay we don't need a gay hotel.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
