Brought my daughter and grandson to NYC at Christmastime for his first visit to this city I love. This hotel was a great value: large rooms, wonderful Times Square views which he loved, terrific water pressure, good light in the bathrooms, which is a pet peeve of mine, and the best soundproofing I've had in a hotel. We had 2...

We have just returned after a 4 night stay at the Hotel, We booked this hotel after reading many positive reviews. We arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon and did not think we would be able to check in, however we were checked in immediately. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, very clean and tidy and nice bathroom....

Unfortunately I couldn't recommend this hotel to you. Firstly the lady on the front desk at check on was more interested in talking to a colleague than telling us the information. She told us she had written down breakfast and happy hour times but only gave us our room cards, nothing else. Secondly, reception closes at about 10pm and if...

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights for his 40th birthday. We requested a high floor room and received a lovely email acknowledging our request and when we arrived we were allocated room 1919. What a fantastic view we had right onto Times Square. Overall a fantastic hotel with extremely helpful staff. Will definitely be our hotel of choice...

Stayed here for 5 nights in December while visiting NYC. I have been to NYC 4 times now and this is the first time I've stayed in Manhattan. As expected, things cost more in the city but the trade off for not having to ride in on the subway each day are well worth it. The Premier is an amazing...

It is a nice hotel. There is a complimentary breakfast that is nice. Also, there is a complimentary wine and cheese serve from 5:30 to 7:00pm that is wonderful. Saddly the hotel charge me twice for the reservation. Contacting the Accounting Department to solve the issue was not easy. It was the only negative experience from the hotel.

We have been at the premier hotel New York City early December. The hotel is nice, in a strategic position very close to time square on the 44th. The rooms are bigger than the New York standard but very basic. People at the reception are professional but not very warm and friendly. Breakfast is very very basic, they sell it...

I stayed at The Premier for two nights. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was small but not uncomfortable. It was very clean and quiet for a midtown hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed on the Premier side of this hotel. The welcoming attitude and friendly staff in NYC made it special. The doorman during my stay made it that much more enjoyable by giving me tips of where to eat and place to go. The rooms were excellent and roomy with comfortable beds.

I was staying with other work colleagues so I didn't have much of a choice. I had just stayed two days at EVEN Hotel which I really enjoyed so I think that effected my experience here. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
