Large, clean, well-appointed rooms at affordable prices with good service. Breakfast is included in the price, which is huge, because during our last stay in NYC, we spent $150 per day for the six of us on our hotel breakfast at a different boutique hotel. Great location, nearby Battery Park, the Statue of Liberty, the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, and...

Wonderfull little jewel. Made reservations for a weekend getaway and liked it so much that I booked an extra night. The staff is wonderful and most accommodating. Rooms are comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was good with nice selection of your basic needs for a quick breakfast, including self make waffles, pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs, fruit and the...

Welcoming and efficient staff, clean and cozy rooms. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that they didn't disclose that there is extensive scaffolding on several sides of the building. I paid extra for the view that a corner room affords and arrived to find the view fully obstructed on both sides. I should have downgraded my...

When we went, it was a bit last minute. We got a corner room double. It was small, but super clean. Staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was lovely. There was construction going on outside the hotel, scaffolding, but it didn't bother us (we were only there at night and early morning). Blocked the view, but we didn't mind,...

I was there on business and found The Wall Street Inn to be perfect for my trip. The location was perfect and just a few blocks from Wall Street so I walked to my meetings. Also it was easy to walk to restaurants for meals. I ordered room service once which was very reasonably priced, delivered quickly and was very...

Didn't spend much time there, but the check in and check out process was smooth. The room was well appointed and clean. A slight negative, there was scaffolding outside all the windows so the room was a bit dark. No one was working outside however so there was no disturbance.

The Hotel was doing some renovations and we concerned prior to staying but to our surprise it was fabulous. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast had a decent selection of options. Pearl street which is close by had great night life and bar scenes. Also some good options for dinner. We...

Booked this hotel on booking.com for new year (I know it's a long time away but there was a good price on!) However, the next day, I received an email from booking.com saying the hotel wanted to cancel the reservation as no prepayment had been received, which I thought was odd as I'd specifically booked the flexible rate to pay...

Dear Charlotte, Thank you for sharing your contact impressions with us via this forum. We sincerely regret the inconvenience of technology not working as intended; sometimes humans still need to intervene and use the restricted options available (cancel and re-book) to make things right. We live by customer service and regret the break down in communication; we would like to...

We've just returned from another 4 night stay at the Wall Street Inn. We stayed here 2 years ago and were happy to return this January. We like the area and location is good for subways. Walking distance to World Trade Center etc. We arrived mid afternoon.Check in was smooth and we were allocated room 202, a corner room on...

After reading the reviews I decided to try this place. Big mistake. Less of a "boutique" hotel and more like a rooming house. Entire place smelled of smoke/mold, the breakfast was left out 24/7, mouse traps in the breakfast area, worn carpet, old furniture, tiny bathroom, etc. I had to sit sideways on the toilet, and I'm only 5'5''. The...

Dear Peter, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent stay impression; we take every opportunity to improve on our offer and will try harder in the future. We understand that it might be an individual perception but our hotel has been recently renovated and there are no smoke smells present as we do not allow smoking on...
