Gorgeous hotel in the wonderful Union Square area of NYC. Staff was extremely professional and attentive. Rooms were decorated beautifully and everything was clean and sleek. Overall just a great experience, will definitely be back soon. Thanks Hyatt Union Square!!

Beautiful hotel, nice room and large for NYC standards. Our only complaint was in the three days we stayed there was no hot water in the shower, luke warm was the best even after running the shower for 15 minutes. The sink water was hot. The Hyatt was a little pricey but the location was perfect.

I've been a Gold Passport member longer than much of the staff here. The front desk staff were nice and professional. They assigned us a high floor view room which I appreciated. Then we discovered the facilities/maintenance manager is doing such a POOOOOOR job. The first room had a bathroom ceiling that vibrated so loud from the HVAC unit. It...

Stayed here for just one night, but it was enough to acknowledge the excellent level of business provided by the Hyatt. Hotel seems quite new, cozy, somehow chic: very comfortable room with hardwood floors, beautiful bathroom, all for a reasonable price. Professional and swift service by the people at reception. Recommended.

This is now my favorite hotel in NYC. Excellent but not huge rooms (hardwood floors, great beds), very good fitness center, excellent food in the hotel restaurant. Good location - at Union Square, it is near everything I need to get to, and walkable to everywhere else. For Diamond Gold Passport Members, there are many perks (e.g., free internet, free...

This is probably one of the best locations in town. A five minute walk from both the east and west village and maybe 10 minutes down to SOHO. If you want to head uptown, it's a 15 minute walk to Herald Square. The is a quiet, residential area for the most part - loads of old school New York pizza...
