Hotel is lovely, a hidden gem. Great location to High Line, New Whitney Art Museum, Chelsea Market. Great restaurants within walking distance. A nice safe area to explore on foot. Staff were lovely, remembered my name. Intelligentsia Coffee bar had great pastry and excellent coffee. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to purchase whole bean coffee to go....

Huge rooms, fabulous location, charming lobby and bar, super fluffy beds. It was like I was transported to a quaint European hotel. Just a few blocks from the famous Chelsea Market and steps away from the highline. Fabulous!

Wonderful old building with a ton of charm. Service was good and rooms comfortable and quiet. We stayed in a huge wonderful room which served us well for the five nights we spent there. If you love dogs, they're all over the place. We found ourselves tripping and dodging them every time we entered or exited. Steps away is the...

Had an hour to kill Sunday before brunch and stumbled into this charming hotel. The coffee war was amazing - very intimate setting, staff could not have been nicer. The hot chocolate came in a huge mug, and a deep, rich dark chocolate flavor. They even made a foam tulip for me that lasted till the last drop. A great...

This hotel is in a great location, near the highline, Chelsea, Greenwich, West Village. Easy to walk many places, and they have great bikes for use also. We took advantage of Equinox, their health club, which was easy and very convenient. Although we found the room to be small, it was very well insulated, no noise, and it had everything...

We LOVE this hotel and would highly recommend it!! It's not crowded with tourists and has a very insider feel. The rooms are decorated with antiques and cool floral wallpaper with really comfortable beds and great service. They have Intellegentsia coffee downstairs and has a very neighborhood feel. Right across the street from Highline, galleries, cookshop, it's a great quiet...

I’ve spent nearly two weeks in New York and stayed in the High Line Hotel at 180 Fifth Avenue. My impression of the hotel, no matter the room itself or the services, are the worst in my experience in travelling around the world. Below are my personal experience with the hotel to share with you:- 1. Can u believe that...

Thank you very much for sharing with us the details of your less than satisfactory stay. I was disappointed to hear about all the problems you encountered. My family went back East to visit my sister this past summer - I was in town visiting from Vietnam - and we decided to stay at The High Line Hotel. Fantastic location. Beautiful gardens, a nice outdoor bar for well poured summer cocktails in the heart of Chelsea. A quick stroll down to the Chelsea market and well, pretty...

This very cool in Chelsea is conveniently located close to the Highline and the West Side hwy. It's in an old abbey and beautifully restored. There's no real restaurant in the winter, but they do have a coffee bar that becomes a bar at 6 pm. I'm not a huge fan of the "no front desk, paperless" system, but check...

My wife picked this hotel for a birthday getaway. It is a very cool space. The room was clean and a decent size by NY standards. The hotel is situated near many restaurants and is very close to the Highline (obviously) as well as Chelsea Markets and the Meat packing District. Courteous, helpful staff and good coffee!
