We attended Billy Joel concert at Madison Square Garden and wanted a place to stay for the night rather than take a late night train home. This was an excellent choice! The staff gave us excellent suggestions for dinner and drinks. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Madison Square Garden. And the free breakfast was fantastic. I would...

Poorest Hampton Inn out of 6 we've stayed in so far in 2017. A/c and/or heat thermostat didn't work 2 out of three nights. Maintenance couldn't/didn't fix problem. No drawers to store anything (Room #1906). Ice not available after 8PM, except in basement. Bathroom sink faucet couldn't function without opening medicine cabinet being open...1/4 inch clearing problem. Recommend this place...

Nice updated rooms, friendly staff. Everything was clean and new. Super close to train and short walk to Times Square. Was exactly what we were looking for. Will come back again and stay at this location.

If your answer is "yes" then this is your place to stay. It is right at the heart of Manhattan, very easy access to public transportation. My room was very clean and quiet. The bathroom is a bit small but not a deal breaker (at least for me). Staff was professional and friendly. Easy check in/out. Walking distance to great...

Love this place. Friendly staff, great rates, and even when busy, they keep breakfast full. Recent remodel. Be prepared, it's in the city, so rooms are smaller than average, and the bathroom is small too. Parking across the street is extra, but the hotel validates. Close to penn station if you are taking the train. Far enough from midtown to...

I had 4 different reservations, so I got to see 4 different rooms. First Sunday I arrived and got a room with 2 queen beds on the eight floor. The room smelled like wet carpet. I was super tired so I left the window open for a couple of hours and it got better. Bathroom had tons of storage, which...

Great Location, east walk to train and subway station, great dependable brand! Nice liquor store around the corner, restaurants close too. The room was small but we were in the city to see the city, not a room. Always enjoy breakfast without having to decide where to go and having to pay too much for a coffee and light breakfast!

Stayed here for a girls' weekend. Great location and awesome staff. Rooms were small, but in NYC, all rooms are small! Price was much more reasonable than other comparable hotels. We got in early and we're able to get our room right away.
