Service is poor, executive floor room is worse than regular motel room. Staff is less than friendly. Manager of this place should be fired. Internet service is very expensive. On second day bathroom supply was not replenished. Overall bad experience.

Concierge - no smile, ever; no welcome. Filthy comfy chair - huge patches of filth not addressed. Managers = inept. Take down my complaint info about dirty room, confusing "valet" parking under construction, no compensation of any sort. Treated like garbage if you bring your own car. Josie, Orville, ?? "What's your room number?" only to never have any complimentary...

Hilton Midtown has a fabulous location; close to subway and buses. Close to Rockerfeller Center, MOMA, Carnegie Hall as well as shopping & restaurants. The staff is WONDERFUL but there are too few of them and the check-in lines are often long. The hotel is faded. THe furniture and rugs haven't been changed in at least a decade and are...

This is a very large hotel and inevitably rather impersonal but its prime location and convenience for sight seeing and shopping more than make up for that. It is nice to report that the Executive rooms have been modernised and given a thorough makeover and are now much more attractive. Bathrooms too have benefited with new basins and lavatories. There...

Hotel has very nice rooms and all areas are well maintained. The only let down for me was service. At check in we had no welcome at reception our details taken and just told what room number we were in and where the lift was. We were told nothing about the hotel or what was available. I was disappointed as...

This hotel was great. Located in Midtown close enough to Times square and the theaters but not so close that it was noisy. Friendly staff and nice size room and nice bathrooms. I wish they would include internet service in the room rate

Spent 3 nights here and had a good stay. The location is the best thing about this hotel, so much is in walking distance. The room was fine, in need of an update, but clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for the location. Some renovation work is being done at the moment so we did hear drilling in the...

I am a Gold Hilton member and do try to stay at this Hilton whenever I am in NYC. It is time for me to reconsider other options. My last visit the room looked so tired and used; I was really disappointed. It said it was a non-smoking room and it sure didn't smell that way. The decor was dated...

Yesenia checked us in and started us off to a great stay. She was so nice and helpful. We had a family member who had never been and she gave us rooms with great views. I always get a Deluxe room because they have been renovated, our room on the 10th floor was great. This is the first time we...

Spent a weekend here during a romantic getaway in NYC. This hotel is in the center of everything! We walked everywhere! Central Park is just a few blocks away, Radio City is one block over, etc. I cannot stress enough the convenience of this hotel. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
