You won't believe the size of the suites in this hotel. By New York standards they're gigantic; with a huge living/lounge area, a nice size bedroom, separate walk-in closet that leads to a large bathroom with two showers. The whole property is very well-appointed although...More
This was our first time staying here and we would definitely stay again. We stayed for 4 nights so got a chance to experience most of the amenities. The staff were exceptionally good, from check-in to housekeeping, they all seemed to be happy at their...More
I'm not quite sure why anyone would stay here twice. The lobby is small and lacking any design sense whatsoever. The decor is unmemorable, and if there's more than two people in line for check-in, they are virtually standing in the doorway. The hallways leading...More
Not sure what has happened to this hotel. We've stayed here a few times in the past and had good experiences but the last time we seemed to have been caught right in the middle of a change of ownership (literally).. Everything seemed a bit...More

I stayed at The London several times. The service is impecable, the concierge is always helpful, restaurant service is quite good, rooms and bathrooms are huge for NYC standards. And I believe it is reasonably priced for what it offers

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed your visit to The London NYC. We thank you for your loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back very soon!
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Look elsewhere - Based on my recent stay, the rooms are shop-worn, the service is meh, and it's pricey for what you get. Manhattan has hundreds of other hotels, at least 40 of them within half mile radius if the location is important. Suggest picking a hotel that you can walk to at least half of your top destinations.
