Well our service was fairly good. I have nothing to complain about in that area. However, the hotel was not worth the money. The shower, itself, is interesting with two showers on opposite sides of each other. That's not the bad part. The issue that I ran into is that the opening was wide enough to where the water from...

I've stayed here on many occasions and been happy with it but the place is definitely showing it's age. Carpet in the room is frayed. No robe or slippers provided in the bath. Slow elevators. Breakfast this AM was truly awful. Tasteless hollandaise, one poached egg overdone and more like hard boiled than poached. The English muffin was hard to...

We stayed 5 nights and the London has an outstanding location. The hotel pricing reflects the location and that is just about it. Our suite accommodated three, with a pull out bed that really was not comfortable and the mosaic tiles in the bathroom were filthy and cracked. This room needed lots of work, so disappointing that the room was...

Really exceptional rooms at a price lower than you'd expect for NYC. Hotel lobby small and a bit understated, but the rooms are excellent. Very big. Very well decorated... Excellent bathrooms. Great A/C. Elevators were a little slow at times, but comletely worth it for this winner of a hotel.

Room was spacious, however the furniture clearly had seen better times. The towels were Motel-6 quality. No coffee or tea maker. The dining room was appalling. 20 minute wait for buffet breakfast, because none of the tables were bused. Many people wandering around, not busing the tables, including the two hostesses. The upholstery for the chairs was unsanitary. Floor of...

Service was great. Everyone was wonderful however the first room we were assigned to had a stale cigarette/feces odor. The second room was clean but the hotel could use some renovations. Everything was antiquated and clearly used. Scuffs on furniture. Old style decor. Stains on some of the decorative pillows on the couch.

This is our go-to NYC hotel. The all-suite rooms are roomy and gorgeous. The service is impeccable. And the hotel is perfectly situated to subways, Times Square and everything fun the city has to offer.

We stayed in an amazing 'London suite' (500-sq-foot/46-sq-meter), which is basically a two-room affair, with a separate small lobby, equipped with a mini-bar, big 'living room' with a desk, big TV, more than sizable sitting area furnished with huge oval table and a sectional sofa, and a reclining chair. The bedroom is separated from the sitting area by French doors....

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
