Booked one of the apartments and it was nice and clean and spacious.
And while I get it's an apartment hotel they could leave some tea/coffee and condiments in the kitchen at least , especially given the it's not a cheap place.
So this hotel could have easily received a higher rating from me but the below are the reasons I rated it a 2:

Hi, we stayed in the one bedroom suite & we had the rollaway bed in the bedroom. It did fit, was fairly tight in there but it worked for us as our 7yr old daughter wanted to sleep in the same room as us.
