Conveniently Located. By the nature of hotel rates in Manhattan, this would qualify to be a slightly above-average rate I think . Breakfast included from nearby restaurant, good wifi. Sound sleep Stayed for 3 nights. Rooms are OK with facilities. Gets a slightly cramped feeling...More
Great for a person traveling on a budget, convenient location, close to the subway and several restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, and you can get breakfast across the street (it's included with the additional service fee).
I always stay in this hotel. It truly has everything I need. And the staff is super friendly. I exceptionally love having my morning coffee on their little balcony. Free breakfast is def always a plus !
Very reasonably priced...and close to subways and Penn Station in NYC. The staff is quite friendly! Lots of cute restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, which made it easy to sleep. The bathrooms are kept quite clean, so...More
Howard Davis was excellent! Amazing customer service! Extremely kind!! We will come back because of him.
Our room had issues with the heat and Howard accommodated us immediately!!!
Thank you, Howard for making our trip the best yet.
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

There isn't a dining room or restaurant in the Hotel, but they do provide you with coupons to redeem at a nearby Coffee Shop. You can have eggs, toast, coffee or tea, pancakes, waffles. It is quite nice. Nothing fancy or special, but it did answer to our needs! On weekends, though, you have to go to a different establishment, not as nice...! But if you get a room with kitchen at the hotel, you can manage that by cooking your own breakfast, or any other meal! Best of luck!
