Please call the hotel directly to book! My only complaint is that when I made my reservation, I inadvertently was connected to a third party agency who charged an extravagant booking fee! That said, One Hotel worked very hard to help us try to cancel that, and took amazing care of me during my stay. The property is spectacularly beautiful, the rooms are lovely and the drinks and food were amazing - as were the customer service.

oh my gosh! If you haven't had the opportunity to stay at 1 Central Park, make it a must on your list. From the moment you walk in, it feels like an organic sanctuary. Live plants and organic fabrics and wood accents everywhere. It smells delicious in this lobby! Staff was outstanding and very attentive. Details were very apparent here. We absolutely loved how close to Central Park we were, location is excellent! Thanks for a great stay in the City!

We stayed her overnight on our way to Milan. The whole stay was unimpressive. We arrived at 11pm to find the bar was closed as well as room service. For a city known for being up late this was dissapointing. Staff was ok nothing really negative nor outstanding with the exception of Gi, who helped us put our bags in our Lyft. He was a real gem. He suggested we try the hotel in Brooklyn. The room was clean and nice.

This hotel is a total gem in the best location in NYC. Total luxury experience and you feel like you are in a wellness oasis in the middle of a bustling city. The minute you walk into the hotel you just feel calm - as others noted the smell of the lobby is amazing and the dim lighting and decor are just what you need after a busy day on the streets of NYC. The rooms are gorgeous and the staff is so attentive, kind and want to make sure you have everything you possibly need. I stayed for 4 nights with my 2 young daughters for a summer vacation. It was perfect. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit NYC.

Hotel Was awesome. People were very friendly and helpful. Room had ample space and was nicely appointed. They had fruit in the lobby for snacks which I really appreciated. Beds were very comfy. Shower was amazing with water coming right out of the ceiling. Location was great. Close enough to times square without being in that tourist trap.

My friend’s and I took a weekend trip to NYC and stayed at the 1 hotel Central Park. Not only was the hotel beautiful and breath taking, the service was amazing. Our experience was phenomenal from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We were checked in by Chester who was great! He was super accommodating and very helpful, exceeding our expectations. We can’t forget about GK and Anderson, they too we’re amazing and very helpful! Needless to say, we’ll definitely be back!

We love this hotel. 2nd time staying and equally as good as the first. It’s like walking into a magical other world. It looks and smells amazing. And they have two adjoining rooms for our family, one with a queen for our kids and a king for us with a great window seat with a peak view of Central Park. We love all the sustainable details throughout the hotel and the rooms.

I am a fan of 1Hotel properties. I stayed at the Miami resort and fell in love. I knew what to expect when staying at the Central Park location. Rooms are tight, but space is laid out well. When visiting you should purchase a candle the signature scent is divine.

We enjoyed our stay at 1 Hotel Central Park! Check in was very easy, and smooth. Jams - had good food, but service was okay. Our room was nice except for the part where we didn’t have an “additional privacy curtain”. Without the curtain we found a lot of water outside the shower after use. It was a bit frustrating at first because we had asked the front desk for the curtain but was told that there was no such thing. We mentioned to them that we had booked 2 rooms which 1 of the 2 did have this curtain. After asking a few times the evening team was able to find an extra curtain. I wish I remembered who the PM front manager was that night so I could shout her out for actually doing something about my concern. Other than that, check out was smooth and thank you to the bellman GK for helping us get our bags and car in such a timely manner.…

1 Hotel Central Park has become my go-to when in NYC - truly my home away from home! The attention to detail is impressive - from the organic delish food to the natural atmosphere (plants aplenty) and the well-appointed fitness center to the sustainable & comfy room flourishes. Best of all is the amazing staff - friendly, professional & willing to go the extra mile.
