Upper East Side
Combining quiet residential neighbourhoods that have easy access to Central Park with world-famous cultural institutions, the Upper East Side is one of the most livable places in the city. Along beautiful Fifth Avenue, you’ll find Museum Mile, which houses many of the nation's most famous attractions in a single stretch, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Guggenheim Museum. Walk a few blocks into the neighbourhood, and you’ll come to Park Avenue, the poshest address in the city, lined with grand apartment buildings as far as the eye can see. Even if you can’t afford the luxury goods along Madison Avenue, it’s still a great spot to window shop an afternoon away.

Excellent. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They helped me with the use of their business office for my personal work needs while a resident. VERY convenient to Weill Cornell Medical Center. 24/7 deli right next door.

Stayed here for a couple of days while my husband had surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Walking distance to the hospital was so convenient. We arrived after check-in, but still had to wait for our room to be ready. Room was clean, except some coffee in pot from prior

Don’t think so Dunkin Donuts 1/2 block away. Remembering that I brought back coffee. Hope this helps.

My experience is that they are very accommodating. Call the front desk to speak with a real person instead of using the online interface. 1-212-472-8400, I know they have recently remodeled a lot of rooms, so there may be an availability.
